"We liked how helpful the staff was at check in. Despite our limited Spanish and her limited English we had our questions about the neighborhood answered and a taxi back to airport ordered on the day we needed. Plus the breakfast was very nice."

"I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The stuff was delightfully friendly and helpful, always there and always smiling. The room was lovely, with a sweet little niche with a table facing the big sort-of-french window - loved that bit! All the rest was great too. The breakfast good, again with a very friendly stuff. All in all, I'll book there next time I'm in Puno for certain..."

"The Hotel was in a great location. I had the dorm room on the top floor. I didn't mind but could be quite a hike for some. The room backed onto a kitchen and was a bit open for my liking. Only 1 key to are between the room which could become problematic if you come back late and the door is closed. My friend stayed in a single room and if I stayed again I would chose the Single Room over the dorm"

"Nice hotel in Puno. Just stayed one night. Centrally located with walking access to bars and resturants. Cheap taxis allow easy access to the dock for lake Titicaca tours"

"We arrived and they hadn't received our booking, but we managed to sort it out. Staff was helpful to resolve our problems. Water drips through the roof in the halls a lot when it rains (but not in the room at least). Room smelled stale. WiFi was quite good."
