"I truly enjoyed my stay, and the biggest highlight was the exceptional service from Myrna Segura at the pool and beach. Myrna was fast, accurate, friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. My friends and I all noticed how well she served guests and how much care and pride she brought to her work. Even when complimented, she humbly credited the Marriott brand and her team.
Myrna is a true ambassador of the Marriott brand and one of the main reasons I would return. I hope she is recognized and eventually given the opportunity to lead a team for the brand, maybe teach others about her techniques or something where she could represent the brand.
On a less positive note, I was disappointed by the bartenders at the beach bar/restaurant, who I overheard making unkind comments about Myrna and another server. Their own service felt cold and below standard, especially compared to the servers working so hard under the sun.
Overall, Myrna made the experience memorable and deserves recognition."
