"While my oceanfront room had incredible views, the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear. Also, I could not get the coffee maker to produce anything but hot water. Those were my only issues and I didn't really care. Loved the mango cheesecake at their beachfront restaurant, OceanView, and the pool area was very nice. The staff was warm and helpful, especially William who helped us store our bags after checkout. Please check out the restaurant Metropol (5 min walk once you turn left out of the property) and La Cuerva de la Mar (best fish tacos I ever had)."

"Rooms and property are beautiful and the staff is great. The wifi is not included, you have to pay for it by the day. The parking for guests is also not included. Be aware that the beach front is bayfront and there are no waves and the sand is only in the beach. Once you are in the water it is seaweed and rocks. It was a great base and amazing room to come back to after exploring all day but don’t plan to spend your whole vacation on site unless you just want to drink and sit in the pool."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we came to this property we were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness of the room, the grounds and the pool. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the beach and centrally located in walking distance to other restaurants and shops. I recommend this hotel for single travelers, couples and families."

"The beach was wonderful and the food was good. My favorite was the café colado. I absolutely loved the coffee. I believe areas to improve would be housekeeping. Our room got cleaned only once. We ran out of soap and toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk."

"This was an amazing weekend getaway. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants and. Bar. The Casino was exciting. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. I wish they had a shuttle to and from the airport and different activities, but Uber ing was easy. The breakfast was good, coffee was warm. Rooms were kept clean and tidy.I enjoyed San Juan to the fullest. Can't wait till our next visit and will definitely stay at The Embassy Suits by Hilton in San Juan Puerto Rico!!"
