"The resort was very good overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
One disappointment was that no tea, coffee, milk, or complimentary water was provided in the room, apart from a single bottle of water at the start of my stay. This is the first time I've experienced this, as even many 2-star hotels usually provide these basic amenities. I had to buy my own tea, milk, and water throughout the stay, which was inconvenient.
The rooms could also have been cleaner. For example, the bathroom mat was clearly dirty and was not replaced during my stay.
On a positive note, most of the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional. Because of their service, I would still rate the resort 4 stars overall."
