The staff were very friendly, but they do not display the level of service in the restaurant we are accustomed to. For example, they did not clear away dirty dishes during meals & never asked if we wanted anything else. The buffets had limited options & empty dishes were not filled again.

Lovely resort hotel - pay only a small amount extra for a pool room. Patio doors lead to your own balcony with steps down into the pool. Buffet style breakfast and we also enjoyed a grill night on Friday with singing duo. Reasonably easy to reach town using the motorised tricycles and the hotel offers complimentary airport pick-up and return

We enjoyed out stay. The pools were great. Breakfast on the Patio near the beach was so nice I did not want to leave. I would have been happy to stay longer.

Resort costa palawan was quite beautiful!’lovely grounds and swimming pool ! Rooms are big and sleeps comfortably! Sound proof ! Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Love their exotic plants and flowers ! Hotel is tucked away on the beach ! Breakfast is excellent lots of options and local dishes as well ! Pool closes at 10 pm ! The beach is not nice ! Water looks brown and always low tide till 1pm that’s when the ocean will reach the shoreline! Check in is quick and they accept cash and credit cards ! Very relaxed and quiet resort! I had a great time ! Their food and drinks are excellent!

The room was spacious, the staffs are friendly. The foods at the restaurant are tasty and well priced. The included breakfast was filling, selection was ok. I had a massage and it was really good. My only comment was the toilet rolls, they give us tiny rolls every day which I find odd. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

The biggest con to Costa Palawan is that it isn’t really a beach front property. The beach there is not swimmable, more like an estuary. You have to walk far away to get to the actual shore. The best beaches are an hour drive from that area. Also, the building is strategically next to the pool, so most rooms will be advertised as “pool side”. You could be checked in in the 3rd or 4th floor and still be labeled as pool side. The room we were checked in is nice and clean, but the shower didn’t have a soap caddy, so it was a challenge finding a spot to leave the soap/ shampoo while showering. The spa is a laid back hut next to the “beach front” so you get the breeze while getting a massage. The masseuses were great. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety for the 4 days that we were there, but it wasn’t bad at all. There’s an egg station where a staff cooks the eggs the way you want. The staff is very polite, people in Palawan are generally very hospitable and friendly. Love that the hotel offers free pick up and drop off from and to the airport. When we asked for a makeup room, the sheets weren’t changed, but other than that it was throughly cleaned. For a 3 star hotel, the stay is worth the pay.

Friendly staff and a wonderful resort in general. Particularly appreciated the extra helpfulness and flexibility of the staff we interacted with. Room for improvement could be that more information of the local tours and surrounding area could be provided on the first day or placed in the room for easy access.

This hotel was not a nice as the pictures. They were doing construction so the main kitchen and beach dinning were closed. The dinner service took way too long. But the most disappointing aspect was the beaches. They were dirty and unusable. I was expecting to be able to lay out and enjoy the beach but that wasn't possible. The hotel room was nice.

It was new and clean property, close tot he beach but most times the beach are not the best in that areas, staff are very accommodating to guest, but breakfast has minimal food choices and not so much changes everyday for the meals, the bathroom and showers are small and is always problematic though, I called many times and someone came right away but they were never able to fix it until we checked out, otherwise property was very clean, quiet and well maintained.

Pictures are very deceiving and misleading. Place was deserted and a very outdated property that was not clean at all and needed serious renovation. Took over an hour to get an appetizer that came out cold, and there was no bartender to even get a drink because the property was very short staffed.

Traveler beware! This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend this place for anyone. The staff is not friendly. Upon check in they sent me to the wrong room from my reservation. They corrected that after I brought it to their attention. The shorts don’t work as the hot water heater doesn’t heat the water. When brought to their attention they send unqualified and rude staff to try and fix the problem. Please stay away from the restaurant if you decide to stay here. We waited one hour and a half for our appetizer and main course. The food was full of hair. Very unsanitary restaurant with horrible service. I refused to pay for the food. The shuttle driver is very rude. You can take this review with a grain of salt, but please stay somewhere else. You have been warned by this review.

We stayed for 6 wonderful days. The property was excellent. The staff kind, professional and personable. We will be back. This resort offers a restaurant, bar, massage, pool and is just about 10 minutes from town. The resort is safe with a posted guard and security often seen walking the property. The staff were simply amazing. everything we asked for was granted effeciently with a smile. I would highly recommend this resort to any family who is looking to enjoy the beauty of nature with 5 star amenities. Local transportation picks you up at the front door of the property and will take you anywhere you wish. The front desk staff arranged day trips and massages for us. I award this property a sixth star. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Short quiet stay
Stayed there 2 nights while visiting Puerto Princessa. Location a bit outside the centre so used tricycles to go more centrally, not too much of an issue for me but they are not the most comfortable mode of transport. There is nothing around the hotel I believe and the beach is not one you would swim in. They do have swimming pools if you want swim or just chill. Breakfast was ok, not much variety. Staff polite and friendly. One thing that bothered me a bit, why is the toilet roll so tiny? Only place we saw this during our Philippines trip. If you want to stay away from the centre the hotel is nice and quiet and quick access to the airport.

Beautiful place in Palawan
From the time we arrived in puerto pricessa it was just awesome. The shuttle driver was outside holding a sign up and I was able find him no problem. We arrived at the resort and was given a welcome drink. Wow! The resort was just top notch . The workers were amazing. I loved the accommodations. The amenities, the restaurant that was on site . The whole stay was just a WOW. My wife and I will be back for sure. Thank you to everyone at the resort that gave us a memorable experience..

The facility is beautiful and the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The pools are fabulous. Front desk staff is top notch. Breakfast is missing a few things. Maybe some more types of fruit, yogurt, breads and (real) fruit juice. Overall a tremendous value. We are coming back in just a few months!!!
