"We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was well appointed and extremely spacious with a huge balcony (sadly not much sun as facing east) but overlooking the Indian Ocean. Due to the tides in the area, you can only swim in the ocean at high tide, and the water has a lot of seaweed. "Samuel, front desk staff, made the experience a horrible one because he was extremely impolite, unwelcoming, and condescending when I arrived to check in. The resort has otherwise been incredible but an uncouth first impression by employee Samuel, made me wish I had booked a different resort.
