Great location and spacious room
Very central location, large room, seems like recently renovated, very clean bathroom. I don't think there is breakfast but being in a hart of Prague, I didn't feel the need to eat at the hotel.

The description for this property is a complete lie. They do not have a laundry facility and the property is not family friendly. It is party friendly, as I was informed all three times I went to the front to complain about the noise level, twice after midnight. Be advised there's a rooftop patio that allows guests to congregate until 4am and the explanation for this is a shrug and "it's the Czech Republic". So if you have an excursion or flight that you need to get up early for, no worries. You won't be able to sleep! The shower in one bathroom was missing a door so the entire bathroom was flooded each time you took a shower and we ran out of hot water. The other bathroom had no soap in the dispenser which was never refilled. We never got hand towels replaced, only large towels, and that was hit or miss. The only thing great about this hotel is that it's close to the metro and tram stop.

The air conditioning did not work. Staff was as accommodating as possible, but the hotel is not in great condition. A second room also had faulty AC. Had to book another location after the first night. Also, there is a gym nearby, but it’s not included like the description suggests. you have to pay about 200CKK to use it.

Bad experience at this hotel
I did not stay here. Where I arrived they told me they did not accept pets although it is stated in your website they do. They gave me the option of a property next door which I reviewed and did not accept because it was not clean, old, smelly and in pretty bad condition for the price. There were stains in the carpet and the walls and the shower did not even had a curtain. After I complained with hotels.com, the manager even kicked us out of the front desk in front of other guests.

Great location and great option for the price. The downside is on Friday night I could hear the bass from the music at a nearby club until past 3am, even with the window a shut.

The hotel is located on the main strip. It's a great location for adults who want to explore the bustling city center and experience the night life. Our stay was comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. If travelling in a bigger vehicle, like we did, expect to pay for on-street parking as the parking garage does not accomodate larger vehicles. There was plenty of parking in front of the hotel, and we paid around €18 per day to park overnight. There is an app that can be used to make paying for parking easier. We did a lot of walking so there was no need to move the vehicle.

the room is beautiful and spacious with a lovely view of Wenceslas square. The bathroom however, only had a tub, no shower. We only stayed for one night, so we made it work but for a long stay some folks might be dissapointed.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!
This place is in such a great location! The staff was AMAZING! They are clean, new, very spacious, apartments with full kitchens and very comfortable beds. I have already recommend it to everyone I know and I can’t wait to go back! I had a balcony with an entire view of Prague. I was literally a dream come true<3

Good place for a group of friends.
The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. The location is excellent. Staff was friendly. The only improvement I suggest is in the bathroom area. More soap and related products; a sort of curtain in the bath tub would help. Another thing was some confusion about the reservation. A few days before the trip I received an email from the hotel, saying that if I didn't bring the credit card I used to make the full payment in advance, I would have to pay the whole thing again. This was did not happen, of course, but the email was confusing.

Reasonable accommodation in a great location
Location was excellent. Condition was ok. More an apartment than a hotel. Not much service to speak of. Bit annoyed with ants in the place, but mostly harmless. Hardly spent any time in the room, so was not an issue. Beware of hotel parking if you have an SUV as they are not equipped to handle large cars.

Room was fantastic - overlooking the square, with a little kitchenette, large spacious bathroom with a tub and a very comfortable bed and seating area. The reception area was a little difficult to find, but we still found it easy enough.

Checking in and checking out was very easy. The man who handled both of those events at the reception was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in giving me directions and information I requested about the city. Our room was very large and had a nice view.

Huge and comfortable apartment
It was a really huge and nice apartment. I stayed there with my family (8 people) and the space and comfort was incredible! When we go back to Prague we want to stay there again!

Comfortable and Convenient but need repairs
The apartments are right on Wenceslas Square so are super convenient but not quiet unless you have the windows closed. The bedding and towels were clean and beds were very comfortable but the apartment was in need of repairs - blinds missing most slats, chipped dishes, broken TV table, burn hole in couch, needs painting. The floors were very dirty. The Melantrich Apartments run the hotel business but do not own the building so they wanted to hear all our concerns so they could address them. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick but the first concierge did not make our taxi reservation as requested and when our family was trapped in the elevator for 40 minutes, the best consideration they would offer was 10% discount on our stay. I would stay here again while in Prague but want other travelers to know what to expect.
