Best budget hotel in Prague, surely. Check in very easy, staff helpful with any question. Nice breakfast included with coffee to start the day

Good location and good hotel for the price. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean and the hotel breakfast was ok but a little lacking in variety (but very much reasonable for the price paid). One of the staff members was very rude to me during my stay however all other staff were pleasant.

Hotel was clean, well priced and in a good location 100 meters from metro station Florenc. Will definately stay there next time I am in Prague

It was nice hotel off street which had plenty of restaurants and shops. It was only to metro stops from the major tourists areas

Last minute okay option
The air conditioner was controlled by the building so you can’t adjust the climate in your room. Very uncomfortable and hit. The bed is hard and the pillows are flat. Would stay here if it was an emergency and for one night but certainly not for a holiday

Leider wurde das bereits per paypal in Euro bezahlte zimmer bei ankunft ohne meine Zustimmung erneut von meiner Kreditkarte gebucht,weil die Gaststeuer von 100CZK bezahlt werfen musste.Erstattung erfolgte auf meine Reklamation hin in CZK,so dass ich in Euro rücktauschen musste. Dadurch entstanden mir Unkosten.Ärgerlich und auch unverständlich,wo doch alles mehrfachbestätigt war.Es wäre anständig gewesen,das Geld in Euro zurückzuerstatten, weil der Fehler eindeutig auf Seiten des Hotels liegt.Am Ende will es keiner gewesen sein und verantwortlich sein möchte auch keiner. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Kartengeräte, bei denen man als Zahlender sehen kann was von dem Konto abgebucht wird. Aber gut geschlafen habe ich wenigstens und sonst war auch alles okay.

This hotel is very close to the bus terminal and Florenc subway station. There are many restaurants around there. I think it was very confortable
