"Check-in and the reception service were fine. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room, however, reeked of smoke and was really dated. I’m not sure how they justify €200 per night. The location is lovely and great for a restful break. We stopped off for a day off on a trip around Germany as we knew it would be hot. We wanted to use the leisure facilities, which cost an extra €11 each per day. Not sure why they’re charging guests this. The leisure facilities are really poorly run. The...

Make sure you put your do not disturb sign out
"H4 is so well located. Within walking distance of S bahn, U bahn, trams and buses. You cannot fault its location. Within a eight minute walk of the TV tower. The room was clean, modern, and bed comfortable. Wide choice at breakfast. The only fault, and I'll be honest and open, quite a big one for us. My husband and i were being intimate and in walks someone from house keeping asking if our mini bar was fully stocked. Ummm hello...get out. When we complained to reception her initial response was "how much did he see?" Are you joking? I've never felt so embarrassed. Eventually we were given a half hearted apology but told to ensure to put the do not disturb sign on the door in future. Now we've stayed at many hotels across the world and never had to put the sign on the door in order not to be interrupted. This happened on day one. Talk about feel awkward. "
