"They put us in old rundown rooms far away from the restaurants and other amenities. The food was not great. Only buffets were available and the hotel was soooo busy. Parents weren’t watching their children in the restaurants and the kids were touching everything and licking the utensils. Not pleasant at all!!"

"Exceptional stay! Worth every penny. The service was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views on every direction. Food was absolutely delicious in restaurants. Only downside, very family oriented with lots of little children. There were some adult only pools and areas that made up for it, during entertainment nights (some until 12:00am) be prepared to have a bunch of kids running around. Even with all the kids I would still highly recommend."

"For a well travelled long haul couple, we were anxious that Mallorca would give us what we wanted from a holiday. We wanted peace and quiet, no crowds in a lovely unspoilt spot. The Barefoot in Portocolom delivered in all respects. The hotel is lovely - understated but with all amenities to hand. The staff are lovely - nothing is too much trouble.
