Choose this hotel for the convenience to get to the airport in the morning. Bus was directly across the street. Unfortunately there was no in-house food options for an evening meal.

Beautiful Leça da Palmeira
We loved the hotel. Excellent location, fairly close to beautiful beaches, and yet quite close to Porto. Comfortable bed in a spacious room, quiet and very clean. Excellent breakfast included and very attentive staff. I look forward to returning for another break!

Fantastic!
I arrived after a very late flight, very tired. The man at reception was friendly and efficient and got me to my room quickly. The room was spacious and every amenity I needed was there. My husband and I travel to Porto regularly and I will definitely us this hotel again. Well done HIE!

Comfortable and handy for Exponar
Greeted by a very pleasant English-speaking member of staff who checked us in quickly and efficiently. The room was comfortably furnished and in good decorative state. The included breakfast was plentiful and with a good range. The bidet did not drain after use, but this was promptly rectified after mentioning it to reception. The hotel is brilliantly situated if you are attending at the Exponar centre but is a substantial bus ride into central Porto. (601 bus stop right outside the hotel) The local town of Matosinhos is a good walk away and the splendid esplanade, even further. There is a handy Pingo Doce supermarket but very limited dining options around. If my sole purpose was to explore Porto I would not stay at this hotel again.

It was rock and roll and we liked it
Stayed for two nights as in city for festival (Gorillaz were amazing), comfortable room pleasant staff and easy parking. Only down side was the inadequate amount of coffee, tea and milk in room as i was informed by the other half who can never get enough !!!!

Hotel restaurant has been closed for years. Bed has seen too many 300lb guests. Outdated interior, dingy looking carpet, only one trash can, bathtub had seen better days, bathroom door interior was in sad shape, no coffee maker or hot water kettle, found a few hairs in the bathtub.

Shuttle service???
Reservation information indicated 24 shuttle service available. Guess I didn’t understand what that meant. We ended up taking a bus to hotel after dropping rental car, and a cab the following morning to the airport.
