The modern elements of the property, such as open plan kitchen with dishwasher, modern down lighting, heating, spilt level open plan living, and contemporary furnishings compliment the original features of this immaculately renovated,light and bright home.

Offering 1 king room with ensuite and 2 rooms containing double beds, this property easily accommodates up to 6 guests.

Big French doors bring the outdoors indoors and allow for a sneaky wine and cheese in the modern Australian Native landscaped garden.

The driveway is accessible for off street parking and would be suitable for up to 4 vehicles.

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances.

What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel?

In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee.

What happens if I decide to cancel my booking as I am worried about recent outbreaks of COVID19?

Normal terms and conditions would apply if you decided to cancel the booking.

Super property every facility needed for a stay. The only thing missing to make it a 5 star experience was some type of welcome pack similar to that found in most every aerbnb lets

Not recommended if you have kids or plan on doing fishing trips at Portland.
Portland is a town for fishing. Totally have changed my mind on staying here. We have kept house clean and tidy, but still picks up on little things. Watch out! You can’t have fish on premises. Never knew that..must of misread it before booking. Too high expectations, no flexibility..very stingy and demanding. Too strict guidelines, asking too many information to begin with. A note to new customers, plz count the number of teaspoons, forks, mini forks, face washers etc before you start your holiday. Too fussy and strict for my liking and not empathy about you and your holiday stays.

Good space for family gathering
Nice and clean inside out in ironbark abode. The property needs tenant to maintain well all the cleaning as well. It suits more mature adults. If it could provide wifi service then it would be adding more value.
