"Very well located hotel with beach access directly in front of hotel entrance and across the street from a pedestrian friendly roadway with plenty of shopping and restaurant options. Also a short walk to a local casino. Hotel hot/cold breakfast buffet is wonderful; free beach towel service available. Free hotel wifi was excellent. Room was a modern decor and kept very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. If you need a quick ride locally, uber and other ride sharing services were available within a couple of minutes. All round excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Pestana Alvor Praia Premium Resort. Our room had a lovely ocean view and the loungers on our balcony were a welcome touch to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful white sand public beach where we enjoyed swimming and exploring the rocks and caves along the coast. There are private canopies and loungers available for rent with a small discount for hotel guests. This was worth the fee to have some shade and be off the hot sand. We really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet that was included; with hot and cold options, lots of fresh fruit and juices, mimosas, lattes etc Great choice available! The hotel itself was very clean and the staff are excellent; cheerful and helpful. We didn’t catch his name but the young man at reception who checked us in was outstanding and made our stay! Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Everything was very nice. Breakfast each morning was included and plentiful. We ate dinner in the restaurant 2 nights and that was satisfactory. We misunderstood their idea of laundry service. We thought there would be coin operated machines. we picked this hotel because we were on a long trip. That didn't work out. Everything else was fine. A little far from tourist attractions, but we used a lot of Uber."

"Hôtel bien situé avec vue sur la mer. L’hôtel a vieilli et aurait besoin d’être mis à jour. Ils fonctionnent avec des clés pour les chambres et les serrures sont difficiles à débarrer. Toutefois, endroit tranquille et sécuritaire. Appartement très grand et super pratique avec plaque de cuisson, micro onde, grand frigidaire et congélateur . De plus, beau grand balcon. Il y avait même plusieurs prises USB. Le personnel à la réception nous a aider à quelques reprises pour faire des réservations ce qui a été très apprécié ."
