Quite clean and friendly environment. We had the small cottage. Bathroom too small and the hot water only lasted one short shower

What an absolute beautiful 3 day getaway. Perfect location and gorgeous estate. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you Peter. You have a gold star estate with all that anyone would want. Great property with beautiful gardens. Two improvements that I feel is needed. The towels could be those beautiful fluffy ones, and the pillows could be those amazing Hilton quality ones like sleeping on clouds. When you’re paying high prices we all love the luxuries.

Nice place however our shower in room 2 offered very little hot water. Unable to have a proper shower. Hot water would stay on for 5 seconds then would go cold and this continued as a cycle.

Property was very nice, when a spa was used in another room it was extremely noisy, which was a bit annoying late at night. Replacement of tea and different cereal was ordinary. Overall it would be a nice place to stay for families.

The property is quiet, spotless, spacious, excellent bathroom for me (slight mobility issues). The bed was magnificent. I slept better than I do at home. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the fruit bread. Outside area is lovely. I look forward to using the salt pool next visit. I’d have liked a microwave, as being a solo traveller, that makes it easier to eat in at night. Otherwise perfect.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay
Our stay at The Oxley Estate was fabulous. Situated close to the Portarlington Golf Club, it would be a great place for avid golfers to stay. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable - we had doors opening onto the pool area which was lovely. The breakfast was simple but tasty and the fruit bread was replenished on the second day. I would happily stay here again and would encourage others to do so 😃

Not a bad little place. Not as personal and luxurious as description would lead you to believe. We paid for 2 nights with breakfast but were only given breakfast for the first morning unfortunately.

We had a function to attend at the Portarlington Golf Club . This accomodation was approx 5 mins walk . Very convenient . Very clean and a lovely room .
