The beds were really hard. No coffee machine in the room. Or microwave of coffee available in the lobby but I find it inconvenient as I need to get ready to go down before I could go downstairs which is disappointing as i would like a coffee when I'm getting ready for the day. Breakfast was limited. Only one cup of waffle mixture available to make a waffle, small amount of eggs and sausage left to eat at 8:45. bothered by flies in the breakfast room.

We had a great stay while attending a wedding there. Rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. They had complimentary breakfasts in the am which was a nice touch. The saloon across the hwy was a neat environment with friendly service. The gals at the front desk were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. The Toors, Vancouver Island

Staff were dealing with a new computer system that seemed extremely inefficient and cumbersome. I had to give my credit card multiple times and checkout was a nightmare. The room was very large and comfortable.

I love staying at Western Budget all over Alberta but can't understand why they have carpet in rooms with hot tubs. That can't be good for prreventing mold/mildew.

For a budget motel it is a good choice. Rooms are clean (a bit dated with touch lamps), good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The staff was great,very clean room, good breakfast butttttt: the mattress on the bed was the worst we have ever experienced! I like a firm mattress but this one was like a board and my back is still sore. We are not likely to stay there again unless they get different mattresses!! My Dad was a hotel Mgr so I know how important certain things are. You will not get repeats unless you change mattresses!
