"Pros: Spotless clean property. Ana and her family were extremely helpful - even gave us free ice cream and coffee. View from the room (first floor) is beautiful. Hot tub. Rooms were very very clean. The location is 15 mins drive from split and omis. It also has lots of small beaches nearby. Cons: nothing major. It's a bit difficult to locate the property on Google maps as it is uphill and nearby road is under construction, so message Ana and she will tell you how to reach. Without car or taxi, it can be a bit of a 5 min hike from the main road."

"This was a very beautiful hotel in an amazing place. The vibe is luxurious but not pretentious. We encountered helpful staff that efficiently booked us last minute tours and transportation. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. It was a huge spread of delicious food. The room we had was sparkling clean and spacious. We enjoyed the large balcony. This hotel is outside the main city and old town area so you will have to use rideshare or other transportation methods to get around but it's not too far. The only other downside is that it is quite expensive but the rates do seem in line with what you get with this resort."

"We had one of our best trips ever , the front desk helped us and accommodated us in every way , Anna was just too kind . Breakfast included , top quality buffet , Adrianna and the staff were at Our service more than needed . The private beach at 1 meter from the hotel , restaurant outside on the terrace with all type of seafood and mediterranean food . We had our balcony on the water . Felt like a 7 star resort , many thanks to the Aria hotel & staff . Would stay here any time versus in split . Will be back soon !"

"Very nice property literally in the beach. Danijela is a very responsive and attentive host, She help us a lot. Close distance to good bars and restaurants. we really enjoyed the stay at Beachfront villa Mediteran."

"Excellent 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and balcony with an incredible beach view. Walking distance to a long beautiful beach, marina, restaurants, wellness spa. We extended our stay by 3 days to enjoy this facility and unique location."

"SMALL PROPERTY ABOUT 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF SPLIT RIGHT ON THE WATER. OUR ROOM HAD BALCONY FACING THE WATER. UPDATED ROOM AND BATH. OUR STAY INCLUDED BREAKFAST THAT WAS BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE WHICH INCLUDED EGGS, BREAD, YOGURT, CHEESE, COLD CUTS, PATE, JAMS, COFFEE, JUICE. THE RESTAURANT WAS FULL SERVICE AND HAD A NICE MENU. LOCALS COME THERE TO CELEBRATE SPECIAL OCCASSIONS. STAFF WAS GREAT."
