"Front desk staff were very friendly, but some of the bar/service staff not consistently so, which is a shame. Lack of radiator in the bathroom meant wet towels were hanging around in various places in the room. (Odd when there’s a pool and likely wet costumes). Room temp wasn’t great, either too warm or too cool, and no opening window meant we couldn’t get any air in the room. Overall hotel is nice and feels premium just a few basics missed"

"The privilege twin room I booked was excellent in terms of amenities (ironing board and iron, kettle and tea stuff, fridge (complimentary water and Pepsis), Nespresso machine and capsules, bathrobes and slippers, and decor. The only critical comment I would say is that the room was very warm at night and the fridge was placed inside a cupboard and not ventilated so it was also overheated and contributed to the temperature in the room. I’m sure this can be easily remedied. Overall a great stay...

"Property was nice, we stayed as a family of 3, this made the room v small with the sofabed. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast choice was great - something for everyone. The cramped feeling in thrbroom wasnt really an issue for us as we were only in room at night, but for others, esp with more than 1 child may find it cramped. The only downside was the shops/eateries next door, we went for a walk around the retail park in the morning and there was broken glass beer...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and will store luggage until checkin time. Great location, very close to the train and bus stations and many restaurants. There were a few negatives: there is no lift and the stairs are steep, the toilet seat was too small for the base and it was not fastened properly.
