“EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!”

Very clean, renovated hotel, excellent quality beds, quiet in spite of the central location, exceptional service in the hotel. From this view point, it is a four star. Plus, the bath robes and slippers are a great plus!! The only small problem was that the restaurant food was not at the expected quality or authenticity, but rather on the thin side. The soup (ciorba de burta) was very thin - only liquid (only ciorba without burta) - and the service took about one hour. But other dishes tasted great, especially desert and meats. This is mainly about the cook, not hotel. After that we ate at many restaurant where the food was more authentic and elevator. more consistent. Splendid hotel otherwise
