I asked for an iron at 8pm and I was told that thet they do not provide such service. I had have an argument which enabled me the priviledge to get them to contact the manager and ask what to do. They eventually did not help and referred me to the wash and ironing room service which could only be provided the day after...

Rooms very spacious but the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising. Check out too early (although seems to be a trend in Italy) but doesn’t allow for a leisurely breakfast and check-out. Con: The tap water is not potable and they don’t provide complimentary bottles in the room - all hotels I’ve stayed at provide basic water when tap water is not drinkable. We had to keep running to the grocery store nearby to buy bottles as hotel bottles were way too expensive. Pros: Fully equipped gym, and good spa and wellness services "

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. "This place should not be open because it is dilapidated, and the owners appear to have let it go and are lost interest. On arrival a woman who said she was not the owner showed us to our rooms. The rooms are basic but there were 2 geckos & spiders and cobwebs everywhere. Some of this would be fine as it is an agritourism and in the middle of fields, but the cobwebs is because the place is not clean! The outside space was all in a state of poor disrepair and the garden area was over grown and...
