“Great hotel”

We stayed one night here during our visit to Phoenix just before Christmas. This is a great hotel: quiet surroundings, friendly staff, clean bedding/room, good restaurants nearby... The complimentary breakfast is wonderful. Will return.

“Impressed and smiled with beam”

The hotel and hotel staff exceeded my expectation. I spent four days at the hotel and every morning the free breakfast was delicious. The hotel receptionist was helpful. She even printed directions for me.

The hotel room was one of the best we have been in. The breakfast was very good! Not your typical contenintal breakfast! Several hot dishes.

I enjoyed my staty at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The place is a little old fashioned, but the rooms and very large and clean. They also have free wireless internet and complimentary real breakfast. You cannot beat this place for the money.

“Superb Value in Phoenix”

Seeking a reasonable hotel near Sky Harbor airport for a late-night stay, we were pleasantly amazed by this place. Immaculate, newly decorated and friendly, it features comfy beds, soft pillows and a free breakfast buffet that was way over the top. We enjoyed freshly scrambled eggs, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, good coffee -- worth $30 at a diner. We will definitely come again.

Very nice place to stay. The breakfast is good. All were very polite. I would stay here again.

“Made our trip even better!”

I had read some online reviews of Hotel Highland prior to staying there, and wa concerned. I had no reason to be! The beds are very comfortable, there is no to low noise at night for the time period that we stayed. We loved the pool area. The buffet breakfast was incredible and helped us trim our budget. The neighborhood the hotel was in also seems safe. We stayed there so I could go to my Masters' commencement t GCU and it was not a bad drive to the campus or to Chase field. We also took a day and drove to the Grand Canyon. The hotel staff always greeted us with a smile and gave us great service and help with where to eat and shop :) If we ever go back we will definitely stay there again! oh, the only thing, if you have long thick hair take your own hair dryer. Luckily I had my own or I would hav spent an hour trying to dry my hair with theirs. Have fun, and this is a great choice for your hotel needs!

“First stay”

This was our first stay at this hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. Only can say positive comments.....very clean with comfortable beds and pillows(very important). Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly,helpful staff.

“Awesome Phoenix weekend”

My sister and I flew in for 3 days and were hoping for a relaxing weekend by the pool and a little shopping. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A Huge thank you to the staff! We came back relaxed and refreshed. Can't stop thinking about when we might get to go back.
