“Excellent Place to Stay”
Great place to stay if you are not staying in Assisi. Right next to bus stop for bus to Assisi or the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Clean and well-kept. Would stay here again.
“Great place recommend Assisi”
Pleasant stay. Assisi is one of the most amazing places. The church was incredible and the old town up on the hill was beautiful. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable.
“Very good small hotel”
While the owner and his wife did not speak English, we managed through a smattering of French and sign language to find some wonderful sights, unique shopping and great dinner all in one evening! The facilities were basic but fine, and very clean. The breakfast host was from England, so that helped as well, but overall the experience was positive and very reasonable.

“Spotless rooms, friendly staff”
My family of five stayed at this hotel recently, march 12, 2012. We were the only guests at the hotel. Rooms were extremely cold when we arrived. Very nice staff person gave us suggestions to where to eat. Go to Santucci, excellent food and service, moderate prices. At night we were left alone in the property. Staff were back in the morningo to serve a simple but ok continental breakfast. No wi-fi. The rooms were modest, but big and spotless clean. there were no nightstands by the beds.

Hotel was of 2 star quality so wasan't expecting much. Breakfast was included and was reasonable. The English lady was lovely. However the owner of the hotel, an older lady, wasn't very welcoming and told me off for not pouring my drink over the table because I'll spill it on the floor. If you don't mind an unwelcoming hotel owner, then its ok. Don't get the room down stairs next to the entrance as it was really loud and you could hear everything.
