Its a fairly easy walk and like others said in their reviews, there are several flights of stairs to get to the elrooms but there is plenty of help to get luggage up there since the staff is waiting dor you tonarrive. The staff was friendly and made an effort to solve all the problems, including the cold in the room (due to the crisis, it was forbidden in Italy to turn on the heat).
