We needed to stay longer for businness due to unexpected circumstances and the front desk management staff was able to go out of their way to convenience us with a longer stay at their hotel. "It is clear that the people at Susana Inn will do everything to make the guests happy. It is not super chique but very neat. The rooms were super clean (you can walk barefeet). I saw them even open the windows in the morning to let the fresh air in. Bedsheets and towels also bright. Nice hot shower. Breakfast was served with nice bread, fruit, eggs, cheese, ham, avocado, jam, coffee, tea, juice etc. Bottled water in the rooms came in handy. And of course the mountain/river view from the room (and the the natural ASMR sound) was great. Aguas Calientes is a very small town so everything is at walking distance: restaurants, shops. A big thank you to the staff."

"Very nice, very helpful staff. Because of busyness we checked in late, however, we are given a late check out when our state was complete. Very amiable staff food and restaurant was great. Good place to go."
