“Centrally located in Perth”

We had a very comfortable stay at Kings Perth Hotel. Staff extremely efficiient, especially with regard to our early departure and breakfast arrangements. Rooms could do with some modernising, but it does not detract from your comfort. Close to ferry, buses and the shopping mall etc.,

Area recommendations

Kings Park because it is absolutely fantastic, beautiful wildflowers. Lovely walks, especially the Tree Top. Loved the ferry trips on the Swan River

Getting around

Perth has a 'Cat' bus service, which is free and takes you all over the business area of Perth. You can hop on and off at your convenience. Great for seeing the sights !!

Excellent location, Helpful front desk. Good buffet breakfast in comfy restaurant and pleasant waitpersons.. Big room. Noises from neighbourhood sometimes at weekend nights, not hotel guests. Close to minimarkets and eateries. Free buses just outside. Hotel can be updated a bit to maximize good location and big rooms.

Very handy location and reasonable rates. Hotel is a bit old and tired though. Service was good from staff.
