“Happy ,convenient,close to the Beautiful Swan River”

Got there at 9-00 Am and Hotel very accommodating allowed us to hold Luggage in a Luggage room,Checked in 2-00 PM no issues,Room basic but clean, Enjoyed the stay, Reception were accommodating of all requests,definitely recommend as a Mid -Priced Hotel to stay in.

“bad managment”

well i paid for and requested a queen size bed also booked inadvance then get to the hotel room to find two single beds for me and girlfriend went and spoke to reception they tell me not able to have the bed i paid and booked for but could have a double bed romm for the sat nite but then have to have a single room sunday. so why the have the booking system if they dont honur the service .same with the parking was crap stuff all bays for guests had to park in the street and pay or pay $20 to park at there sister hotal across the road? so very poor management

“Ideal location”

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of Perth and close to all amenities. For the price we paid it was a bargain. A comfortable room ideal for a short stay.

“Affordable comfortable accommodation in Perth CBD”

The Goodearth was very comfortable and with very helpful friendly staff. Comfortable, well-fitted out and clean rooms. Good options for breakfast or dining. Well-priced also.

“Great for the price”

We were greeted by helpfull and veryfriendly staff. The room was quite small but suited our purposes. Breakfast in the Restaurant was great and good value. Hotel is situated in a convenient place and just a short walk to Rivers edge. Would recomend this hotel.

“ok, bit old.”

friendly staff, good location, good service. twin bedroom apartment was a bit old - faded furniture/carpet and dim lighting. however, the aircon/heating unit in each room was very welcome.

“Reception staff was not polite at all.”

One staff in perticular at the reception was unpolite. She had very strong accent. For the price there are other places offer breakfast.

“Everything you need.”

Overall satisfaction very good. Parking in order to register was a little difficult. The staff were most helpful although it was a little disturbing to see one of the larger counter staff loudly berating a customer for making a minor complaint. CIVILITY to customers should prevail at ALL times. Breakfast was very good but the late afternoon restaurant food was boring to tasteless. There are far better eating places just up the Terrance or over in Hay Street and well worth the short walk. Parking arrangements are excellent unless they have changed the entrance code, which apparently they do every three days or so. Good accommodation.

Area recommendations
Hay Street for its array of delightful cafes. Middle Swan Cabernet Shiraz Merlot is a very good substitute for South Australia's Cabernet Shiraz Malbec, but NOT at $36 a bottle. $13 or so is about right.

“Prime location”

The room was very comfortable and clean. However, whenever I approached the reception desk it felt as though I was an inconvenience for the girls to stop their conversation and answer my questions. It was disappointing because everything else was good. I'd still recommend the Goodearth for the prime location and affordable rates.
