When arriving at this hotel at 10 pm there was no one in the office. They didn't answer the buzzer nor the phone. After 40 mins someone showed up and was extremely rude and not helpful at all. In the morning there was the same issue. I could not check out as again the lobby was un-manned.

The room was disgusting and hadn’t really been cleaned. Loads of unidentifiable stains and wallpaper coming off. The first room had a strong smoke smell (I’m allergic and have asthma so we couldn’t stay in there) but we were able to change rooms without issues. The first room was okay on cleanliness but the second definitely wasn’t. Wouldn’t stay again unless absolutely necessary but it’s clean enough for the price point.

This place was horrible on their website it says breakfast there was no breakfast at all. This place use to have a elevator now it doesn't my disabled mom had to walk up the stairs the beds where raggedy and plus the bathroom was nasty the tub looked like they needed to be scrubbed let's not talk about the carpet ha. The stains on it was just crazy they barely made up the bed and the ppl who owned the hotel was living there but nobody was ever at the front desk just terrible please if you go to Cordele Georgia don't stay at this Hotel.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was asked to leave the property by a very rude front desk attendant after showing them my booking. I was told it is impossible that I had a reservation. Even though I had my receipt for payment and my reservation number. Ended up having to pay for a room I couldn't get and wasn't able to get a refund. They offered me reward points for a stay in another Wyndham property at a later date.

This property is evidently in the process of “updating,” but the rooms were terrible. No tissue, no wastebaskets, few towels (old towels). We will be removing Baymont from our list!

Smoke filled! Couldn’t get away from the smoke! So much for a non smoking room. The front desk lady was very nice she moved me twice but each room was smoke filled. Horrible. Refund please because I couldn’t stay

We've stayed here several times. I'm not sure what happened. We never saw anyone at the front desk, my name was written on a piece of paper with the door cards. I rang the bell, no one came...even with serveral attempts. No coffee maker in our room? We were also dissappointed that there was no elevator. Had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The room had yuck on wall and the hallways and stairs didn't look vacuumed. Never seen any hotel employees. Not sure what happened here but we're not likely to stay here on our next trip from Florida.

The Hotel had a funny smell when you walked in & the room was dirty. Had to put towels on the floor after taking a shower. You could see in t he hallway where they drug the trash bags...

We were put into a room where the sink was not working. No fresh towels, no daily services of any type, vending machines were empty. No duvet cover. The broken sink was reported 3 times and still no one came to check or offer to move us to another room. I will say the staff that i came into contact with were friendly. Would not stay at this location again.

For what paid it was ok. I didnt like the roaches i kept seeing and one jumped on me. I saw two roachs crawling across the tv screen. I did have heat but it was a little heater in the corner standing up. It did keep the room warm so i wont complain about it. Just biggest thing for me was the roaches.

There was patch work on the walls with paint that didn’t match. The beds were rough and felt like they would fall apart if you moved too much. Only one towel for the family to use in the “shower bath.” I call it that because the drain must have been clogged because the bath tub filled up when you took a shower and then took 15 minutes to empty out. Still gave it two stars because honestly we got what we paid for. Cheaper rate = cheap conditions

Where to begin? Room booked in advance with no issues. Upon arriving, the driveway into the parking lot was uneven and in disarray. I parked and on my way to check in I realized that there were very few cars in the parking lot. When I walked into lobby I noticed the carpeting was all removed, the walls were in various state of repair. The check in clerk looked surprised to see me. He was polite and asked why I was there. I told him I had a reservation. he arched an eyebrow, sighed heavily and started to look for me on the computer. He would stop occasionally, look up at me, and mumble something I couldn't understand. After an uncomfortable period of time he found me a room on the second floor. I asked him where the elevators were and he said that they were out of service and I would need to take the stairs. I walked through the obstacle course that was left of the hallway and climbed the stairs. The carpet was well worn and threadbare in some places. I entered my room, looked around, and left. It was hot, smelly, and dirty. I drove across town and got a room at the Holiday Inn Express, which was a great stay.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever seen. The building is under renovation, but the owner never mentioned that. I walked in the room and walked right back out. I was not able to stay at the hotel. The room was under renovation dirt ,mold, and a foul odor were throughout the hotel. I have asthma and notified the hotel receptionist within less than 5 minutes after check in that I would not be able to stay and asked for a refund because the hotel is misleading, never mentioned on the website or at the hotel that the property is undergoing renovation. I still have not heard from the manager about my refund. This is unacceptable and the hotel really should be closed until renovation is complete. The hotel is a public disaster and code enforcement should be notified. I will definitely file a complaint.

The hotel was currently under renovation. The bed wasn't comfortable. The pillows were hard. I need to talk to an employee after checkin and could never find anyone at the front desk.

This hotel is really outdated, dirty, holes in wall, the sink didn’t drain well, the shower head was on the back of the toilet. Not in a great area. When we checked out (7am) no one was to be found. Put in a complaint, we’ll see what happens. I would not recommend staying here.

No words to describe how bad this was, but I will do my best!! First off, the front desk person must realize how ridiculous it is because he took us back to show us the rooms. Upon walking back there, the flooring was torn out and it was just bare concrete in the hallways. The rooms smelled like mold so walked back to the front to discuss w/ the others in our group. He also informed us there was also no breakfast, we collectively decided we couldn’t stay there & would make me very ill if we did. We had a lot of trouble understanding him also so we have no clue what he was saying to us, but he seemed to understand us okay. We told him we weren’t comfortable that we decided to leave to find a suitable place to sleep but he charged us for 2 rooms for the night anyway. We booked through Expedia & they won’t answer the call when Expedia is calling them for days trying to speak with them on our behalf to get us a refund. I’m furious & out $186.42 for this transaction of 2 rooms & have nothing but a headache to show for it. My advice…. Run don’t walk!

The property is currently undergoing construction which will help a lot but it’s in terrible condition and should be closed during this time. The room smelled horrible, like mildew/mold. We never received any type of service for the room, fresh towels or even trash emptied. Do not recommend!

Good for one night or two.
The staff that we encountered was very nice. They did give us an option of canceling our stay because of a water line breakage up the road, even though it had been repaired. We decided to stay figured it was only one night and the water was on, (it never went out). that being said was the only good part of the stay. Water slow drained in the shower (ankle deep) and in the outer sink. The walls were dirty throughout the room/bathroom. The iron board was really dusty. Had to use to iron a shirt.Oh and only the sheer curtains closed all the way. Beds seemed rather small for queens. Lets not forget the trains!! I would say at least 4 or 5 went through during the evening. The pool was not opened either. Its an older building and could use some TLC.

Plenty of other hotels around Cordele!
This was a one night stay for us after being on the road all day. Really looking forward to a good night's sleep! We booked a king bed, accessible, non smoking for $133.00 plus taxes per night. This room is not up to Wyndham standards for this cost! The bed was comfortable but trains ran into the night and early morning blowing their horns several blasts with each trip. The shower was an abomination! We almost had to kneel to turn on valve. The wand shower head was at waist level and was not adjustable to be higher than waist high. It was broken. I only wish I took a photo of it! A handicap person cannot hold the shower wand and proceed to wash!
