This is obviously an older facility that can use at least some fresh paint on the perimeter and some careful thought on the design of the bathroom fixtures especially the bathtub.

Property was clean, staff were very friendly, free breakfast was good, pool was nice. The rooms were a bit outdated but once again clean. The area was abit sketchy.

First room wasn’t clean. Moved to second room —fingernail clippings on floor no shower curtain. Manager was “unavailable and too busy” to address these concerns. Front desk staff apologetic but unable to do anything.

Good value and overall clean and tidy. Friendly staff, great breakfast included with stay. Tons of free parking space. Quiet at night. Major grocery stores nearby within 5 mins drive.

The room we were in was in an odd location being under the kitchen/dining room with one window facing into the lobby area. Another faced the courtyard. We only had blinds - no curtains - so it was hard to block out all the lights around the place. We could hear the kitchen staff walking around at 6 am, so not ideal. Room was large and beds comfortable.

The hotel was clean but is in need of a remodel. Lots of noises from people and heating equipment to wake you in the night. Included breakfast was the best we have had in a long time and even included gluten free options.

Good breakfast options. Loved that we hit a quieter time in Penticton. Beautiful spring weather Would have liked to seen a few outside chairs at BW even though it’s early spring. Great area to walk to beach and Walmart shopping area.

This property is very outdated. The window looked out to a wall with a bright light that shone in all night long. Walls between rooms very thin and could hear neighbouring guests for hours.

We had a phenomenal time here at Best Western. My partner and I make an annual trip up to Penticton for snowboarding and the past few years we’ve been staying at Airbnb’s and the Days Inn hotel. They’ve all been up in some areas and down in others but Best Western got the best overall experience. The staff went above and beyond to make everything cozy and welcoming. Alexis was a sweetheart at check in and anything extra we needed, Susan was the life of the party at breakfast, and Paige was wonderful when it was time to hit the road for home. The hot tub was amazing after the chilly days on the slopes and the breakfast selection was fantastic. The only thing that I would change about our stay would be the size of the room, we got a standard room with a queen bed and though we made do, it was on the smaller side with all of our gear and personals. All things considered, we would absolutely love to stay here again, even if it was just because of the staff.

We have 2 room with pullout, Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the lady that runs the breakfast was very friendly everything was stocked all tables were clean and when someone left she was right on it to clean it up she made everyone seem welcomed.

Staff did not clean my room all weekend, checked out and went to the pool and they told us to leave the pool because we checked out already. Also paid for a night I didn’t even stay there and they did nothing for me. So they can take money from us to have two rooms no one stayed in but get upset when we stay in the pool for two extra hours

No complaints at all. Very quiet during our 2 day stay. Breakfast was phenomenal as was the hostess. We requested a late checkout and were able to stay until 12:15 My only suggestion is to perhaps have a mat by the front door to put dirty shoes on. We put a towel down
