"I arrived at 10.30 pm and was shown to my room only to find that beds stripped and previous occupants belongings in it. The room had not been cleaned and prepared and was not ready. I had to wait 45 minutes for this to be done after a full days travelling. The property was specifically chosen because the information on Expedia states there is a lift. This is not the case. I asked for ground floor due to mobility issues however there was a very steep flight of steps down to the room. This property is multi level on a hillside. The room was newly refurbished and modern however work was still being completed around the property. There was a continuous surface drain of smelly water outside the rooms which attracted mosquitoes. I was assured that this drain water would be cleaned up twice a week but it was not. This meant I was unable to use my outside seating area due to the unpleasant smell and surface drain water around the seating. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly . Breakfast was average."

"Very dated hotel , the rooms could do with a refurb , you get 1 change of bedding & towels in 10 days . Only 1 toilet roll supplied after that had to buy our own . 20euros a day if you want air con. Hotels in a great location but the owners could do a lot more for guests ."

"Staff were amazing, food was good. Only thing was that we didn’t realise was that you had to bring your own towels which I’ve never seen before at a 5* hotel. They do sell them at the shop on site for 12.50!"

"The room was fantastic, very nice and the private pool was just awesome. Host was brilliant and always so friendly, the housekeeper was fantastic, checking everyday if we needed anything. It's a great location easy to find and so close to everything you could want while being quiet and relaxed. Loved it and will certainly be returning. Highly recommended!"
