Terrible
Toilet seat broken. Water yellowish, room badly sewerage smell. Complaint only given next day as fully occupied. TV set not in room, have to call reception, they shock why not there. Otherwise during checkout, I might have to pay for this missing set.. Quite run down, furniture dusty.

Highly recommend
Room just as in pics. Great size and spotless clean and staff all very friendly and helpful. Close to all the major shopping, bars and clubs but not so close that you're kept awake by the noise at night. Big thanks to all the staff for the wonderful stay

Thank you Chris. It is nice to hear that because the staff are the point of first contact for guests and seem to bear the brunt of review criticism for a million different complaints. In many cases we find it is the guest's own inability to communicate effectively in English. You evidently had no problem there.

Room maintenance can be improved. Its a matter of effort to be put into by the overall person in charge. Room blinds should be replaced long time ago.

Nice and Cheap
Nice cheap place to stay for a night or two while you hang out in Patong. The pool is nice, rooms are clean, and you're a two-minute walk from Bangla Road. The bed was comfortable, and the food and drinks in the restaurant/bar were good. Not a place to bring a family or stay for your honeymoon. Come with your girlfriend, friends, or solo.

Great Budget Hotel
It was my first stay at the Ex Pat Center. My room was very clean and good size, I stayed there for 14 nights. My Biggest complaint is there is very little water pressure in the shower. I went to the pool on Level 8 for a swim and had a cold shower every day, I stayed on Level 2. The Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices on the menu, (Not Buffet). Only 10 minute walk to Bangla Rd and the Beach, plenty of places to eat and bars 2 minutes away. Will stay there again.

Broken AC, flooded shower, loud cleaning staff
I stayed here twice. The first time was ok, the second was a disaster. I checked in late and passed out only to wake up drenched in sweat cause the AC was broken. There was no staff in the middle of the night so I tried to bear through it. I couldn't sleep so I tried to take a shower to cool off but within 5 mins the entire bathroom was flooded and spilling out to the hallway. I waited til morning and asked to switch rooms. They said it was fully occupied and they couldn't. Eventually after complaining more they switched rooms. It was a downgrade but at least the AC and shower worked. You don't have to worry about noise from the street since it is backed away, but the cleaning staff are obnoxiously loud with their talking to each other and on the phone. They seem to start on the lower floors at around 8am and work their way up so if you want to sleep in stay on the higher floors. Of course, they ignore the do not disturb signs completely.

Moder hotel
Nice rooms a bit noisy when music is on in the sports bar. Would stay there again very pleasant. Pool on the roof a bit of a letdowm. Only because its coveref. All in all very good. .

Needs to be shut down...
This hotel is probably one of the worst hotels,..the smell coming out of the bathroom is unimaginable and the worst part is they know about it because as soon as I told front desk that there is NO WAY that I could stay in the room assigned to me, another attendant grabbed an air fresher and run to the room. I followed her and told her that I did not come here to get sick. They moved me to another room, with similar problem, and then to another room, and finally the last room was a little better but all I can say is its nasty. The breakfast was terrible. Just bad hotel.

Noisy whole night
The only hotel sport bar which was noisy until 3-4 am. Washroom was not functioning at all, asked front desk to fix it, never happened. For the price is really not worth it.

The Expat ensured that the three weeks I spent in Patong were relaxing and free of any 'hotel' based issues that sometimes arise when travelling.the staff were very helpful and the overall environment within the hotel was casual and inviting.It was just a walk away from the most sought after areas of Patong and also much needed places like the minimart,laundrette and air conditioned major shpping centre.

Expat patong beach
I stayed at this hotel for 14 days, Bangla Rd the party Street of Patong was only 250 meters away, Patong Beach only 600 meters, Jungcelong shopping centre only 400 metres with many bars,clubs, restaurants, markets, stalls,7/11, chemists all at your fingertips there is so much to look at within 1Kilometre of the hotel and I walked pretty much everywhere. Tuk Tuks and scooters are great but you see more walking ! And the atmosphere can be electric. Good Food for a great price I totally recommend Cananga Thai Food Restaurant it's opposite the C&N Hotel they also cook some Western Food google C&N hotel as I tried to google Cananga restaurant but it wasn't listed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ( outdoor dining )

A very satisfying stay.
Great stay, a few initial hiccups as the shower tended to flood the bathroom, but then i received an upgraded room with balcony. The cleaning & bar staff were fantastic as was every other aspect of my stay.Great atmosphere with smiles every day. Centrely located with Bangla Road 5 minutes walk away & the Thai boxing stadium round the corner.

Good location very near to rear of Jungceylon mall and the late night food market.10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Bar staff very helpful, polite and efficient. Nice little bar/ dining/ breakfast area. Good Western and Thai food available from the kitchen at a reasonable price.

Disappointing Experience
I had very disappointing experience there. This is quite clear because of two reasons. 1. I arrived Hotel for check-in and there was no staff or any memo on reception. I had waited more than 10min and started looking for staff myself. Obviously there was no staff in entire building so I went hotel next to and asked help and they let me check-in. How come I haven't got any pre-information about this??? 2. There was no hair dryer in my room so next day I ask for it at reception. They asked me back why there is no hair dryer. How I know because there is no!!! One staff let me to go back my room and wait. Then I had to wait 20 min for nothing. I went back to reception and they said they do not have one so they cannot help me. They could say that from the begining instead of wasting my time. I am Hotels.com gold member and I've been to many hotels and this is my first time writing bad review because it was really horrible experience for me.

We regret that we are a budget hotel with low rates and we do not not claim in any literature or on any website that we provide hair dryers. Also, we do not deal directly with hotels.com. They are part of the Expedia Group but what they pass between each other is something we do not have access to.
