“AVOID!!!!!”
Don't even consider this place. It is not really a hotel.
“good value”
It was a nice apartment, good for the family. Train station was very close also the shopping mall. Only drawback was no air-conditioning in summer. Had to leave windows open to cool the room.I had to ask if WIFI was available,which was free. Information was not automatically offered.
“Bad Experience”
No one in reception after 7:00 p.m. We did not receive the room we booked. Room was on street, very noisy. Made for an uncomfortable night. Next day told us they had no room like we booked but did move us to a room off the street. We booked an extra night and upon returning that night we could not get in our room. Called the 'emergency number' and the guy had us punch in info in the box they used outside and put us in a different room...we had no clothes or personal items for the night(they were all in our other room). Nothing like taking a shower and putting on the undergarments you had on all day(we did however have clean sheets and towels that night). They did comp that night. The sad thing is the manager is the one that booked the extra night for us but did not key it to our card to let us in the room. He would also not meet with us face to face the next morning but had the lady at reception take care of us. We were there 5 nights and they did not change sheets or provide clean towels...even though we asked them to. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend them to my friends.
“Quite Good Value”
There are basically no hotel amenities, but we understood that before we arrived, so its ok. The 1-bedroom was spacious and the bed and sofa bed were more comfortable than we had expected. Which made a nice place to sleep after a full day at disney paris for the family.
“Good choice”
Our room was comfortable with a bedroom and small kitchenette equipped with microwave and a two burner stove. Bring your own dish soap if you plan utilize the cooking utensils and dishes since they are not provided. The hotel has an abundance of shopping and restaurants in the mall that is very near. The train station is approx 400m on foot. Our maximum wait for a train is about 10 minutes and delivered us to the foot of the Arc de Triumphe. The hotel office is only open until 7:00 and check-in is available through a kiosk after hours. Be certain to telephone prior to arrival for gate code if you will be arriving late, otherwise you will get a key for a room you cannot access.
