Even though the property is currently undergoing renovations, the staff made sure our stay was amazing. They were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Property was very quiet. Lots of room for our dog to run and play outside

We like to work out everyday and the gym was not available. It would have been nice to have the machines in another space so we could have worked out. We had to drive to a track in the nearby area in order to work out.

Worst experience ever with hotel.com
The hotel was very disturbing. The toilet needs repair in the bathroom, the floors and walls were filthy. When pulling into the parking lot the hotel looks amazing. However once you leave front desk and turn down the hallways it’s like nightmare on elm street. To make matters worse we tried to check in at 3pm but didn’t get into our room until 8pm due to hotels.com card declining proving that the room was paid for. Somehow or another my booking dates where incorrect and not for the dates I set which I didn’t notice until trying to check in, but having to wait over 5 hours to get into our room and then not being accommodated even with a late check out is ridiculous and outrageous.

Worst La Quinta Yet
The carpets and wall are the filthiest that I have ever seen. The beds seemed clean but were made so poorly that they appeared to have not been changed since before previous guest. La Quinta quality is non existent.

Not good. Smelled awful. Sweet women at the front desk. She’s the only reason we stayed. Carpet was disgusting. I would like a refund. We left before midnight. Pretty sure there was bedbugs.

Pretty sure dead bodies are in the walls…
Absolutely disgusting hotel. As soon as we opened the door to our room we got punched in the face with a horrible stench that permeated everything. The furniture was all stained and dirty and the bathroom smelled like piss. The carpet is disgusting. I can’t believe the staff have the audacity to let patrons stay in this room. We left after two hours as we couldn’t take the smell anymore. Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And I’ve stayed in some seedy places around the world.

Terrible place to stay.
Hotel was dirty and smelled like it had recently flooded and wasn’t properly dried or aired out. There was no mattress protector on the bed. The bathtub drain did not fit. The carpets were very dirty. The a/c was not able to cool the room properly. The man working the night shift was not friendly at all. The young lady was personable and nice. She even walked outside with me to get my license plate number because there were 2 strange teen boys walking around the outside of the hotel. The breakfast was average. Would not stay here again or suggest this hotel to anyone. Overpriced and underwhelming.

Horrible experience
The rooms were very humid and muggy. The mirror was broken off so we had no mirror. One of the cleaning lady’s walked fully in my room at 3 pm without knocking what so ever, she did not have her cleaning cart with her so I feel like that was a little sketchy. Once she saw me she just said “oh I’m sorry” and walked out

As you walk in your hit with a smelly like mold or mildew, same goes for the room. The lobby rug seem to have over 20 stains on it extremely unappealing. The building seems new and nice from photos online and outside. Once you go in things are oudated, a mess, or broken. Our fridge didnt keep things cold, the bathtub appeared dirty. Not to mention mildewy mold smell from I'm assuming the ac. Also the pool area was not kept up. Things were outdated and hot tub wasent even close to a hot tub feel just luke warm. I had to scrape the bottom of the gravy pan and cut one left sausage in half just so some else could have something to eat. I stay in hotels all the time but this one was very disappointing specially for what we paid for it.

The hotel is clean, quiet, staff are friendly, breakfast was good and parking is close. The two issues I did have were; internet did not work in the room, had to go to lobby.(front desk was unable to resolve. The other issue was the hot tub has been broken for 4 months and still doesn't work (actually wanted a hot tub soak but not without the jets working).

For the money spent on this hotel, I was very unsatisfied. Place was dirty, no hot water on 4th floor, and very noisy at night due to traffic. Not to mention the lack of maintenance needed. Cracks in walls, holes around fixtures in floors in breakfast and check in areas, dirty/stained carpet through out facility, etc.. Would not recommend. Rating of this hotel on Expedia is a complete lie!!

Unhealthy and in need of a remodel.
This hotel is a total disaster, heavy mildew smell, antiquated HVAC system, toilets in need of repair, old badly stained carpet that needs to be replaced. The worst thing was the extreme smell of cleaning solutions. My wife and I left the property with scratchy throats. After looking at 3 rooms we decided our health was more important than the $140.00 price of the room. We went to another hotel. I am requesting a refund.
