Great service, great new hotel, great location

Upon arrival we were greeted by Esteban who is the most accommodating and gracious host. During our stay at the Konfidential we were married and all of the staff went out of their way to assist us. The hotels beautiful Mercedes took us to our ceremony and also collected us that evening after our dinner at the Eiffel Tower. Nothing was any trouble for this establishment. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower Suite and it was absolutely worth it. We both felt like we were Parisians for the week. All the services that you could want were within walking distance. Every morning for us started with fresh croissants from the local bakery, sliced meats and cheeses from the deli. It is a 5-8min walk to the Louve, the Seine is only two blocks away and the restaurants surround the hotel are fabulous. We ate locally most nights and it was delightful not to be eating in the tourist precinct. We would not only recommend this hotel, but absolutely insist that our friends stay here to truely experience the essence of Paris. Looking out of our windows to see the rooftops of Paris is an amazing feeling and one we will never forget. You would never experience this in a large hotel chain where you are only one in a thousand guests. At the Konfidential you are treated as if you are the only guest and that is a service that is lacking in most if not all establishments in these times.

“Home away from home to explore Paris”

A home away from home... Staff was wonderfully nice and courteous to every need :) Room was clean and tidy and always hot water for the shower. Location perfectly close to the Louvre and centrally located in a spot great for exploring Paris!

The best of the best bed that we have ever slept in- in the world !! We had an excellent service and Arthem ( at the reception ) was very helpful and friendly . The hotel shows attention to detail and as frequent traveller the hotel exceeded our expectations. There is only one room on each floor , this allows for a lot of privacy. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have something special and romantic.

Truly a delightful hotel, with energetic and attentive staff. We felt as if we were their top priority at all times! My daughter and I were celebrating our joint birthday in Paris, and the wonderful staff at the Konfidentiel made our day and our week the most special experience of our lives. We will always remember our stay in Paris, and we will always remember it fondly thanks to the great staff of this beautiful hotel!

“Fabulous Stay”

We stayed at the Konfidentiel for my Partner’s birthday, we were originally booked to stay for two nights. The hotel had arranged a car to take us to the airport for our return flight, but when we arrived back at the hotel, after a mornings site seeing, they asked if we had confirmed our flight as many were being cancelled due to snow . When we said no they immediately checked on the web and discovered that our flight had actually been cancelled, as had most from CDG. I cannot express how fabulous the hotel staff were in trying to help us, they phoned the airport, the airline, kept us topped up with coffee and hot chocolates, and offered us another room for the night. They absolutely went above and beyond in trying to help us and make a bad situation as pain free as possible. The location of the hotel is fabulous, the rooms are wonderful and the management & staff exceptional. We will definitely be back – but in the summer next time.

Professional Hotel and services. Very special place. Every level are only 1 room. It is a very interesting conception if anybody likes special accomodation.

“Great hotel for a couple”

Unique hotel with one room per floor. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Excellent location in first arrondissement allowing easy walking to Louvre, Left Bank and Latin Quarter. Hotel location is on small side street between St. Honore and Rivoli. First time is a little complicated to find but no problem afterwards. Not a family hotel.

“Great boutigue hotel in a great location!”

Only one block away from the Louvre and walking distance to plenty of destinations. Loved that there were only 6 rooms with one room per floor, staff was very curteous and went out of their way to accomodate us. Felt like we were living in Paris rather than staying in a tourist hotel area. Lots of cafes, bakerys, and local shops. Would definitely stay there again.
