“Le Littre”
Comfortable. Friendly staff.
“Very dirty and smelled horrible!”
My hotel room smelled horrible! The carpet and bedspread were filthy and I asked that the bedspread be removed from the room. I purchased air freshner just to cover the smells. The pipes were extremely noisy and I could hear everything from the bathroom above me. Would not stay at this hotel again! Not at all a four star hotel!!!!!
“Would return”
Exceeded my expectations. Big bathroom, clean, restaurants and bakeries around the corner, courteous staff. My only negatives were no wi-fi in room and hard bed.
“Will definitely return!”
We loved this hotel and would recommend it to our family and friends.
“Good not great”
Competent and friendly desk staff. Relatively large rooms for Paris. Nothing special about the decor or ambience. A functional but commercial neighborhood. In sum: a good, practical, cost effective choice but not one you're going to remember the rest of your life.
“Lovely hotel close to Metro”
Location was v good - close to the Metro so easy access to other areas of Paris within 10 minutes. Great breakfast in lovely surrounds. Would be better still if there was tea and coffee faciliies in the room and an iron although there was an ironing area set up in a cupboard on the first floor. We would use this hotel again.
“great location and french decor”
would stay here again - near metro - good security and lovely french decor however as always, the old wide angle lens makes the room look much bigger when viewing online than it is in reality
“Adequate”
Hotel le Littre was a well-situated hotel at an excellent price. It was close to public transportation and within walking distance of many major tourist sites. The bathrooms were nice and modern. The rooms were clean enough, but by no means sparkling, and housekeeping missed some obvious stuff (like a giant brooch/button on the floor in front of one of the beds and refilling the empty facial tissue dispenser for the duration of our stay). The staff was pleasant. I would definitely recommend the hotel as an affordable option if you're only going to use the rooms to bathe and sleep in. It's not a hotel to lounge about in. My one major complaint were the beds, which were old, overused, and uncomfortable. The mattresses were saggy in some parts and rock-hard in others. However, the beds were not bad enough to make me regret choosing the hotel, since it was inexpensive and we were only there two nights.
“Excellent location and staff”
Hotel le Littre was a treat on our recent stay. The staff was always helpful and cheerful. The location is excellent. It is a bit difficult to find at first.. (and for those of you going, it is on a small side street, look for the McDonald's-walk down the side street that is in front of it. We skipped the breakfast and ate at the boulangerie just around the corner. Be prepared for food to be very expensive by American standards. You won't find a better, more charming hotel or location.
“Lovely stay”
Great hotel. Off the beat and path but worth it.
