“Brilliant Location and Service”

We were very impressed with this hotel. The location is great to get to the main sites and near the beautiful Opera House. The staff were very helpful and freindly. Room good size very comfortable. Would stay here again and recommend to all.

“Excellent”

Very good hotel in a good central location. Just a short metro ride from Gare du Nord, also close to other attractions. Large room with balcony overlooking pedestrianised street, very quiet. Small kitchenette useful for tea and toast.

“Quiet, comfortable and excellently located”

What a good find. I tried a different Citadines hotel a few weeks ago and it was awful - dark, dingy, dirty and the street outside was LOUD. Citadines Opera Vendome was the polar opposite: helpful, clean, modern, light, and fabulously located... But, because it is located on a pedestrianised street wiht theatres nearby it is quiet. Great place - I'll use it again.

The hotel was just a couple of blocks from the metro Opera and not much further from the metro Madelaine. It was on a side street not accessable to traffic so that it was very quiet. If I had a problem with hotel it was the usual French bath and shower set-up. They do not use shower curtains so that taking a shower is difficult. However that is not unique to this hotel. There were several good restaurants nearby. There was a medical center nearby.

Good, efficient check in process. Room just as advertised - good location; clean and tidy rooms if slightly too warm. Great place to base yourself for a trip to Paris!

“Excellent location”

This hotel is in an excellent location 2 blocks from the Opera on a quite street closed to vehicular traffic. The rooms have a kitchenette-very handy. The downside is that although comfortable, the rooms are small from US standards. We had to constantly move things around in order to make the hideaway bed or use the dining table. The showers don't have curtains. Instead, they have a half piece of glass that sort of keeps the water in, but not really. It's impossible to not get the floor wet. We never could figure out how the make the thermostat work. Neither could they for that matter. So it was always too hot. Besides these drawbacks, the place is still a gem. Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms, reasonable price, helpful staff. What more can you ask for. Definitely my choice for future trips to Paris, the city of my dreams.

“Worth the price”

Great location if you want to be in the centre of the shopping district. Located on a quiet side street for pedestrian, we found this hotel to be surprisingly roomy and clean. We did not try any of the hotel's dinning as everything from a reasonably priced convient store to the best restaurants was located within 1-2 blocks from the hotel.

“What a great hotel!”

We loved this hotel. Although not as big as the suite hotels in the US, it is definitely bigger than we expected. Its location is also perfect as it is near to most of the sites in Paris, not to mention the Metro which is just a few minutes away. We will definitely use this hotel again when we come back to Paris.
