I really appreciated Natalia's communication efforts in coordinating our arrival. The apartment was very clean and stocked just fine for our 3 night stay. The only issue I think visitors should be aware of is the size of the elevator (fits 2 people). It is very small so if you are traveling with toddlers and lots of luggage, I would ask for level 2 or 3 max accomodations.

Nice apartment in Paris
The apartment was perfectly located. The neighborhood was safe, walking distance to most attractions, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Washer/dryer combo was a nice perk, English translation would have been beneficial. The management was responsive and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The customer service is excellent, the apartment is very clean, quite it, 18 minutes walk to De Louvre museum, same distance to Notre Dame de Paris, one hour walk to the Tour Eiffel, etc. I will definitely come back and stay at the Apartments du louvre Le Marais again, thank you.

Good choice
Centrally located flat 100m away from metro station in Le Marais. The apartment we got was smallish for 5 persons. It was tasfefully decorated (in a fully refurbished building) with street balcony windows and was well equipped. The area is packed with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Check-in / out was done remotely and was easy.

Great experience staying at Apartments du Louvre! Convenient location, close to so many restaurants and the Louvre. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there. The check-in staff is amazing. They promptly responded to questions and had a convenient virtual check-in process, since their office would be closed when we arrived in Paris.

Amazing stay.
I have never written a review for a hotel until today. This was an amazing space. Amazing hospitality. Central location. 2 minute walk to amazing dining areas. 15 minute walk to Louvre. Thoughtful host. Clean, spacious and modern in old world building. Could not recommend it more.

Our family loved this property. A quiet oasis in the bustle of Paris. The A/C and Wifi worked well. The rooms are spacious with a great layout. The kitchen was well appointed, although we went out nearby every evening for dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would easily go back.

Worth every penny

The apartment was amazing, gorgeous, clean and conveniently located. A short walk to the Louvre or Notre Dame. A short subway ride to the Eifel Tower or Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile. We had the trip of a lifetime and this apartment was a big part of it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The recommendations for dining and bakeries were perfect.

A spacious apartment,in a beautiful Haussman style building, well located in 2nd arrondisement in Paris- very close to the Metro, close to many Restaurants,supermarkets and Pompidou Centre. Let me start my review from the minute we arrived...Nicole, who I believe is one of the property owners met us at the front door of the apartments. She was very pleasant and after checking us in she gave us a map of Paris and very helpful tips on how to get around. After a brief chat she showed us to the small elevator where we had to take turns taking up our luggage to our room since the elevator is only big enough for 3 people. (Not complaining just a warning) The apartment was very clean and the rooms had nice comfortable large beds. The sofa bed was also a very nice size and comfortable for my liking. I only had to bother Nicole once for extra towels other than that our stay was very comfortable and we quickly made ourselves at home, the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is perfectly located to walk to the Louvre, the river, Notre-Dame and many other attractions. The streets around the apartment are packed with cafes, bars and convenient stores to the grocery shop. On our day of departure since we didn’t have to catch our train till the afternoon we used the lockers by the front desk and then we went out to finish last minute shopping. Thank you Nicole for the great experience I can’t wait to visit Paris again and yes, I will definitely stay here again as well.

We are a family of five who stayed for six nights in a two bedroom apartment completely fronting the street on the first floor. The apartment’s location is excellent (and I loved Rue Montorgueil). Although a bit small by our Australian standards, the apartment itself was spacious enough for our purposes - which was essentially a comfortable place to rest and sleep after long days exploring the wonderful city that is Paris. The central ducted heating, the friendly and helpful staff, and small but suitably kitted-out kitchen are another three pluses. The only major downside is the low level noise (but sometimes quite loud, such as a police siren) coming from the busy road outside, as well as the noise from the apartment above (you hear everything if they walk with a heavy step). That aside, I would stay again.

A modern, clean, well-appointed apartment within walking distance of lots of major attractions (Pompidou Centre, the Louvre, Notre Dame etc) with dozens of great family-friendly restaurants nearby. Only slight issue we had was that there are more than one location for these apartments and I didn't notice it wasn't the address on Expedia on the confirmation email received from them. It meant we had a 10 minute walk to the other location at the end of our journey to Paris but it didn't matter as we were still close to where we wanted to be (and still within walking distance of the Disney bus transfer pick up!).

Very good. The apartment was very quiet. View on Centre George Pompidou and Eiffel tower (partial at the 6th floor). Be careful of the windows who could be dangerous for a young child without surveillance. Tiny lift, but useful. Well located with quick access to everything.

The guy we dealt with was super! He met us there and communicated everything great! Was easy to understand. It is a great location from the subway and was easy to figure out coming in from BIG train station to find way to subway. Even let us leave our bags after checking out since we had time to stil see Paris before getting back on Eurotrain. Highly recommend the place
