"The room was in a great spot and easy to travel to. The room wasn’t fully clean as there were things left in the washroom. The washroom was also very very small but other than that they stay was great."

"Room and facilities were good however the restaurant food quality and pricing was horrible. I happened to speak with others who had stayed there as well and they all complained about the horrible food quality in the restaurant. It was also way overpriced. Very very low quality and prices comparable to a nice fine dining restaurant. I noted also the room service prices as outrageous. An hamburger was close to 40 Euro for room service. I guess they feel they can get away with the low quality and high rices since you are captive at the hotel with little to no other choices"

"Nice place. The Junior Suite was spacious but a little dated. We also stayed in a superior room during another part of the trip and it was also nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend going to Moon Croissant around the corner for world class pastries."

"Stayed here with my daughter for a 3 day Paris trip. Great location! We went to Disneyland Paris and Gare Du Lyon station is literally next door from which we got the RER A train directly into Disneyland. Staff are super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Easy to check in and check out on the ipads in reception. Room was spotless and bigger than I thought it would be. My daughter loved that everything could be controlled through an ipad. Would be nice to have a little coffee machine in the room as I can't start my day without one :) but lots of cafes and coffee shops on the doorstep. I would definitely stay here again."

"There was never any soap in the bathroom sink. The entire 4 days we stayed at this hotel. We even went down to the desk and asked for soap on our second day, they said they would send someone up with it. Never got any soap. Weird"

Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

"Food especially breakfast was really nice. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 was because I struggled to get the TV to work. The remote control for the most part never worked despite being changed 3 times and I was unable to stream Netflix or anything else on the TV. Other than that minor issue the hotel was wonderful. A great location, lots of local amenities. I would have no hesitation in staying there again, which is the best recommendation."

"We can’t really fault Ki Space. All staff we came across were amazing even at 12am in the morning! Breakfast staff were always friendly & any that we passed in the corridor. The room was immaculate each day which we appreciated after being at Disneyland all day. The shuttle was amazing, had to stand most times but that probably depends on the time you get it. Our children adored the birthday set up in our room, so lovely & the beds were SO comfy! Wish I could have slept more!! Would absolutely stay again if I was at Disney."
