“Great location - can't beat it for being in the heart of Paris.”

This is a small business-type apartment hotel. Very clean and compact. The rooms have Murphy beds.. which means the space is a little restricted once the bed is down. All rooms have a fridge, microwave etc.. and there's a small grocery store just along Rue De Caumatin.. very convenient. In fact everything about this hotel is convenient. It is NOT a taste of Paris however.. there's nothing "boutique'esque" about this place.. it's almost IKEA'ish. Note that if you are here for a long stay, the room is only cleaned every other or every third day.. however I didn't find this an issue. I would absolutely stay here again.. the shops are right there, the Seine is 5 blocks away, as is the Champs Elysee, and the airport Rossy Bus drops you off less than a block from the hotel (direct from Charles De Gaulle). Loved it!!

“Shopper's dream hotel”

We were very happy with our week in a one bed-roomed apartment. It was so close to the shops and the kitchen was well equipped.

“Quiet, comfortable and close to everything”

Excellent location close to Metro, shops and central Paris attractions. Easy walk to Louvre, other museums and Champs Elysee. Room is comfortable but not large. Kitchen could do with more plates, cups and utensils including a toaster. We had a room facing the court yard and it was very quiet. Air Conditioning worked well. Excellent value. We enjoyed our 4 nights and would stay here again if we come back to Paris.

“Exellent hotel around Opera”

This is a new aparthotel,excellent location for shopping & dining. Near metro stations Opera & Madeleine.It is the best in Paris for the price.

“Adagio -Paris opera”

A good location- walking distance to everything. Only a few blocks from Galleries Lafayette. Good little breakfast room. No extraction fan in the bathroom, but fantastic heated towel rail that made the room an awesome clothes drying area. Good kitchen facilities.

“Perfect location!”

Excellent location for Opera and Galleries LaFayette shopping area. Also central enough that you can walk to many of the tourist attractions and everything else is an easy metro journey away. Arrived at 10am and they were still able to check us straight into a room with no fuss. Was really impressed by that! Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Being on the third floor at the front of the hotel still found it quiet. Will certainly be staying in this hotel again!

“Convenient Location - close quarters”

The room is tight but ok for four people, adults. Kitchen in the room with small fridge. Would be very nice for a couple. Lots of restaurants very close. Metro station also close ( Auber station). 5 min walk to the Rossiy bus for CDG airport. No english language tv in room. Can walk to Louvre, 20ish minutes. No cleaning for 4 nights or more. Small and very few trash cans.

“Convenient location,nice place with helpful staff”

The location is really convenient. The kitchenette facilities were generous and well-kept in my apartment as compared to some apartments that I have been in. The staff were polite and helpful as they understood English well and were able to help me accept deliveries of parcels during my stay with no mishap

“Good hotel but....”

With some improvements could be a perfect place. I cannot understand how when you stay for up to three nights you have your room cleaned up every day but when you stay four or more nights, as in our case, you get no service at all - not even emptying the bins!! This is totally unacceptable. The other way round would make much more sense. Couch -bed not so comfortable. Did not try breakfast... location pretty good, close to RER and Roissybus that links Paris with CDG airport nonstop, within 25-30 minutes.
