The hotel was lovely. Staff brilliant very helpful. The hotel was a long way from central Rome and is ok if u have time to sort transport out.
There was a brilliant park 10 mins away if you want to do some Chilling. Nice restaraunts about 10 mins walk away. Really Nice bar up the hill 5 mins away.
Great hotel, free shuttle bus into Spanish Steps (approx 10 mins). Swimming pool was a god send and food was exceptional. Hotel staff couldn't do enough and we're always willing to recommend things to do or local resturants. Buffet breakfast was a great start to the day and the spa was a great end to the day. Would definitely go back. Not really for kids, more for couples.
This hotel was great. It is located a bit far fro the center of the city, but they have a mini van that drops you off every 30 minutes. It only seats six people so make sure you make a seat reservation. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Comfortable overall. The breakfast is great as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend the daytime in the craziness of the city center and then go back to a quiet neighborhood to sleep. There is not much around the hotel, but the center is so accessible that the location being a bit far is not a big issue. It's like a 10mn cab ride down (around 12 euros to go into the city).
Our experience with the hotel exceeded our expectations. Travellers to Rome, seeking an "authentic feel" should book with this hotel. Beautifully furnished and smaller in size, it was ideal for my first romantic weekend away with my partner. Continental breakfast selection is excellent, with a number of pastries, yoghurts and fruits provided. A small hot breakfast selection is also offered. The hotel is somewhat outside of the tourist area in a lovely area, however bus stops as well as tram stops are a very short walk away and will take you to where you need to go. (The hotel staff are able to provide guidance here, as they did for us). A good selection of restaurants and cafes as well as a bank are also only a short walk away (5 min or so). The hotel staff are wonderfully helpful, from the chambermaids to the front desk. Each individual went out of their way to assist with advice and special requests. We will return.

Bedrooms on the small size but very well equipped and modern. Breakfast area very charming and excellent buffet. Awkward main entrance for taxi or coach. Free computer in reception area very much appreciated for booking flights etc. Ideal for visiting city with trams a few minutes walk.

The Flaminio area expands around Via Flaminia, and has numerous important sites such as the Rome Auditorium, dedicated to music, the Flaminio Stadium, and Piazza Flaminio flanking the famous Piazza del Popolo.
