"A lovely hotel, nicely situated for exploring the area. The hotel and grounds were amazing with some lovely walks in close proximity. Room was very clean, with very comfortable beds. Found all the staff that we came into contact with to be friendly and chatty. Both breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Despite being very busy the hotel was not noisy, so had a good nights sleep every night. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Have not added any pictures as the ones on the hotel website...

"Good for the price. Very higgledy piggledy inside - tortuous route to the room (single room 6 at the top). Very pleased to have a bath in room, and air con too! Room was fine with no problems. Peacocks around site are very loud! Breakfast disappointing cinsidering high price (£15). No service as such and food was lukewarm from buffet. Also no teapots, only cups available.
