"The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service in some areas, as Cafe Americano. While the food and facilities were good, many staff members appeared unhappy, rarely smiled, and did not seem welcoming to guests.
Hospitality is a key part of the hotel experience, and a friendly attitude can make a big difference. A simple smile, greeting, or positive interaction would greatly improve the guest experience. I enjoyed my stay overall, but I believe the staff could do a better job of making guests feel valued and welcome."
