The reservation said we had included cleaning daily, when we arrived we were told it was only once every 14 days. If we wanted to have it done daily we had to pay extra. Also when they did clean the room they didn't take the trash out. The rest of the stay was very good and the appliances we had worked a lot for us, it is pretty close to a metro station so that let us move easily through the city even though is a bit far from the touristic attractions.

Overall good place to stay if you want affordable price. Local area is very rough and does not seem very safe especially at night. Location is good. Metro stop is just located at 1 min walk away. Breakfast can be improved. Very nice appartment overall

disappointing from the offset
wished i had never booked this hotel negatives: - receptionist attitude to us arriving close to check in closing. - receptionist accusing us of not prior payment despite two forms of written proof we had paid. - receptionist lack of willing to help due to being close to expected end of her shift - lack of apology over the situation during and after it happened /got resolved. -room Paint was dated -room kitchenette was dated with no handles -vinyl floor was disgusting with scuffs and stains - walls were covered in dirty markings - particular stain on wall looked like vomit - bathroom had huge dangerous looking boiler above toilet seat -bathroom pipes visible throughout room - shower fittings weren't finished -showerhead taped onto stand as it was broken -toilet made noise for 20+ minutes after flushing - window edges were dirty looking positives: - very fast wifi - comfy beds - good location to metro exits -.choice of local restaurants/shops

We ask for single beds, we didnt get it.
The worst service ever.. We couldnt get in, no recepcion, no information. They even get us wrong number for security code so again we couldnt get in.

Plug sockets loose and basically hanging off walls, bedside wall lamps broken, toilet seat broken, shower leaking. No room clean, fresh towles or toilet roll during our four day stay,

You get what you pay for
I stayed for 10 days and the price was great. It was right next to the train so it was super convenient. It gets pretty noisy at night if you leave the windows open. There are also a lot of mosquitoes since there are no screens on the windows. There is no air conditioner so this would not be ideal for the summer months. Too bad the property was in such poor condition. There was a great deal of mold and water damage by the shower. The cubicles and closet was very dusty. Service was none to minimal. We had our rooms cleaned once. We requested for two twin beds and ended up with one full sized bed for the whole stay. We asked them to separated it several times and they never did.

the sink in the bathroom was blocked and no one came to fix it for 3 days. Even though I told them about it. So prompt service is a problem. This would have otherwise been a good stay

La struttura, a pochi metri da uno degli ingressi Mètro, presenta in uno spazio ristretto, tutto il necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'appartamento sono buone, in linea con gli standard. Qualche piccolo problema con lo scaldabagno (acqua calda) fortunatamente risolto tempestivamente da un tecnico, ma in generale siamo soddisfatti delle sei notti trascorse. Consiglio per chi cerca una soluzione rapida e senza pretese.

L'accueil était bien Niveau propreté vraiment c'était pas du tout ça et avec un enfant c'était compliqué limite ma maison me manquait 😅. Arrivée à notre étage l'odeur était bien désagréable et la chambre aussi j'ai du acheté une bougie parfumée que mon mari était bien content d'avoir. Les voies d'aération sont très poussiéreuses. L'appartement en lui meme (lit meuble appareil emplacement des pieces) n'était pas mal mais pas très moderne. Si c'était à refaire non je le referais que si j'étais bien coincé. Ca ressemble plus à un plan de dernière minute. La laverie également pas propre et même les machines à laver ne le sont pas. Cest très dommage. Les transports en commun sont très proches ça au moins et il y a des resto et autres commerces au alentours. Vraiment pour la propreté j'insiste faites quelques choses ça rendra le séjours plus agréable merci

Estadia de 17 dias. Apartamento pequeno porém funcional. Cama boa. Banheiro muito pequeno mas com agua quente e bom funcionamento. Cozinha com o mínimo necessário. Muito próximo do metro. Equipe simpática e prestativa mas com horário restrito. Se for chegar fora do horário entre em contato antes para conseguir o codigo senão não consiguira entrar.

A única coisa boa no quarto era, felizmente, a cama. Confortável o suficiente após um dia a andar. A casa de banho era pequena mas o chuveiro era minúsculo. Quase não nos conseguíamos mexer, para além de ter uma cortina improvisada decadente, nada higiénica que deixava passar a água toda e a casa de banho ficava toda molhada. Os cantos da casa de banho estavam quase podres e a desfazerem-se por causa da água. A porta da casa de banho tinha de ficar sempre fechada, pois era um cheiro horrível sempre vindo de lá… um género de esgotos constante. Na reserva do quarto estava descrito limpeza diária, mas assim não foi. As limpezas lá são semanais.

Incheckningen var på kvällen och dörr låset fungerade inte. Så vi stod mer än en timme och försökte få tag på någon och fick tillslut hjälp av en dam på ett annat sejours. Vi fick ett nytt rum men tvingades byta efter 2 dagar till ett sämre rum. Rummet var ok. Badrummet var smutsigt och gammalt. Nära t-banan och mataffär. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Dyrt att tvätta.

Très bon établissement et rapport qualité prix très correct. L'aménagement de la chambre en studette équipée de plaques, micro ondes, frigo, assiettes .... est très pratique. On n'entend pas les voisins. L'hôtel est situé à proximité du métro ligne 5, de Franprix et Leclerc pour faire les courses .

1°) Le covid a fait restreindre les heures d'ouverture de la réception qui n'est présente que du lundi au vendredi ce qui n'est pas très pratique pour les clients de passage 2°) on se demande vraiment si les aménageurs testent ce qu'ils ont fait. Pour privilégier un bloc kitchenette perpendiculaire au lit alors qu'il aurait pu être parallèle (vu qu'on est dans la même pièce) on obtinet une salle de bains biscornue où il reste 35cm pour se glisser entre le coin du lavabo et un coin de cloison pour aller à la douche. Bonjour les contorsions. Du coup la douche est ridiculement petite (60*60) , d'à peine 2m de haut et avec l'archaîque rideau plastique trop long qu'il faut soigneusement coller des deux côtés sous peine d'inonder la salle de bains.

シャワーヘッドのホルダーが壊れていて、手でもってシャワー使わないといけなかった。それ以外は全て満足出来ました。最寄の駅から1番出口で徒歩30秒。部屋のクリーニングは基本的に無し。クリーニング、リネン交換で一回12ユーロ、補充等全部だと36ユーロと掲示が有りましたが、宿泊中一回以来した所、料金請求されなかったの一回は無料なのかもしれないです。トイレットペーパー等は補充されなかったので、持参の物で対応しました。

Très sale
Les airs commune sont d'une saleté Incroyable et les odeurs qui les accompagne sont au rendez-vous. La douche était bouché et s'écoulait très lentement donc nous devions prendre notre douche en vitesse. De toute façon faible quantité d'eau chaude. Bien situé en face du métro malheureusent en grève.
