"The room didn’t seem like it was in great condition. Pictures and what we actually saw was not similar. No art on any walls. The hallways smelled of weed. And in the morning a giant cockroach was in between the bathroom towels and was crawling all over the bathroom counter. Thankfully they were able to switch our rooms after we requested it to a much nicer room. The key sensor is very annoying too. We kept getting locked out of our rooms and the walk to the lobby was so inconvenient. We made sure to not keep the key near our phones and it still would not work. We probably had to go to the lobby about 10 times to get our keys activated. Even sometimes right after they would « activate « it again. And the employees always seemed so annoyed and agitated. The vibe of the hotel could be great but I definitely would not stay there again."

"Not having stayed in Palm Springs previously, i entered most wanted criteria to narrow my search. The crireria were pool, proximity to airport, walking distance to shopping/dining and complimentary breakfast. The hotel did check all those boxes. I was a little nervous upon discovery that the rooms opened directly to the street without the added security of an indoor corridor. Room was basic with a very small bathroom but the bed was comfortable. I was attracted to the landscaping and architectural style. The pool was very small and in full sun, so ended up not using it, but there was an outdoor bar and a charming courtyard. The breakfast was simple but tasty and kitchen staff was great. There was certainly some noise being as close to the street as I was, but nothing too crazy. I enjoyed the walkability to great shops and restaurants. There was plenty to explore. If you don't need anything fancy and are on a budget, give it a shot and just be aware of limitations. For someone like me who didn't want to spend a fortune on Ubers and just wanted a good breakfast before my adventures and a comfy place to crash after them, it worked out just fine."

"Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. Upon arrival, we found hair on both the shower wall and floor, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room and whether it had been thoroughly cleaned between guests. Additionally, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and the cover repeatedly fell off, which was inconvenient and somewhat frustrating throughout our stay."

"I have been coming to the Hilton in Palm Springs for years. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bed, some how the bed frame was not even with box spring so the frame was sticking out at the end and covered by the dust ruffle. We had hit frame corner that didn’t have a cover on it a few times before we discovered the problem. Other than this, we had a wonderful time. I will be back again."
