“Older hotel, but very well maintaned.”

Referred my parents to stay at the same place in lieu of my satisfaction during a hospital visit for my daughters mother.

“Quiet & Comfortable w/ Friendly Customer Service”

The grounds are well-kept, clean, and attractive. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, which was large and clean as well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful, when I asked for directions and information on nearby restaurants. Hotel is located about a 1 1/2 from the beach and about 2 miles from the mall. The room had free wireless internet, which was nice.

“good place to save money”

Much less expensive than Del Ray Beach, and convenient to get there. A short drive by rental car.

“Del Ray”

Overall cleanliness was disappointing. - Dishes weren't clean and no dishwashing liquid provided. - Bathroom not very clean. - Pullout Bed in the living room had no blanket or topsheet. (none found else where in the unit). Upon opening pullout bed there were all kinds of crumbs on the sheet. - Very difficult to open the verticle blinds. - Floor not very clean. Best part of experience was location and price.

“Not bad for the price”

For the price(you will not find anything cheaper in the area) it wasn,t bad. Don,t expect the Taj Mahal, but rooms are basically clean and comfortable and provide pretty much everything you need. Also , staff seemed to be friendly and helpful when I asked them questions.

“Cheap and run down, but clean”

It is a good place to stay for a few days. If you don't care about cosmetics or room , it is good. It was also much cleaner than almost all hotels around, I didnt' see any bugs at all.

“An old and tired hotel”

Hotel is pretty much run down and only marginally clean. Staff is friendly and probably tries their best, but it needs a thorough renovation.
