"Great location, but our room was dirty when it was given to us and things where falling apart in the bathroom. The hotel is old and lacked maintenance in the room that was assigned to us. Staff was great and attentive. But the location is great right next to Termini."

The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. Breakfast was a little unnecessarily rushed, when we weren't planning to take much time to eat so we could be out to explore. They did cater to our gluten-free and dairy-free restrictions, which is always nice when traveling."

"This was an historic hotel. They have an elevator, but we had to walk a long way on our floor to get to our rooms. The rooms were spacious. The beds were hard. The bathroom was luxurious. You can tell it’s a very old building. A lot of old furniture decorated the hallways. It was very nice, and was probably very elegant in its day."
