"Customer service was excellent. Restaurant attached to the hotel was great, we ate there several times. The breakfast that came with our stay was also excellent, lots of selections. Our day trip train tickets were cancelled due to a strike and the desk clerk was able to provide us information about how to reschedule. He was also very helpful in scheduling airport shuttle when it was time for us to leave. This is a small hotel but very friendly and helpful, would stay here again. Great location...

"After not being able to gain access to another property we had booked which was nothing to do with and no fault of Hotels.com or Diamontino Town House, we found ourselves having to find alternative accommodation for the night late in the evening or face having nowhere to sleep. We found Diamontino Town House on Hotels.com but they would only take a booking for a minimum of 2 nights.
