"I stayed here for four nights. I had a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again. I had a very early flight and arrived earlier than check-in. I was helped by Vivian. She was able to get me into a room a bit earlier. She is an absolute gem! Super kind and friendly. Every single staff member in this hotel is super friendly. It's an older building, but everything inside has been nicely renovated. The room was sweet and had everything you could need. The neighborhood is perfectly fine; right downstairs are a bunch of diners, shops, and, honestly, everything you would need. Go 5 blocks in one direction; it could get a bit sketchy; however, 2 blocks away are Starbucks, Nordstrom, Macy's, and a mini-Times Square, if you will. I traveled solo, and I felt completely safe walking around. Overall, it was a great stay and experience, and I would recommend this hotel. "

"Reliably nice. We enjoyed the fire tables in the courtyard. The location is just tucked away enough to avoid the crowd and noise from the Wharf. More of an adult place, not a lot of kids. If you want kids and noise head across the street to RUI."
