The property is noisy. You can hear every on the street. The staff member who checked me in was not very bright. I have been in Oxford off and on for over 30 years, and this is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Staff were great and the room was large and well appointed, but it was very noisy as our room faced the student union and there was a big party on the front lawn. Also, very early (before 7 am) work noises out front.
