"We booked be ause this hotel has air conditioning and the weather forecast looked like we might need it. AC is not readily avaliable in UK. Was disappointed that the staff said they would help with arranging transportation to Heathrow ( in email correspondence) and then when we asked at the desk, they told us to do it ourselves! And our second request ( for a late check out of 12:45) was denied. They said the best they could offer was 12:00. We ended up checking out at 11 and leaving our bags...

"This was a wonderful place! We stayed 3 nights. We had booked into a cell room. The first night, because windows can't be opened, and no AC (listed building, so can't make those changes apparantly) my husband had some clostrophobic feelings overnight. I told reception, and they very kindly were able to change our room, which had AC and able to open balcony door. Food was excellent, we stayed on half board and would really recommend this option! "
