LOVED THIS hotel. Don’t be put off when 1st checking in that you have to go to 11th floor for reception. You cannot beat the location and love that you can take elevator all the way down to vibrant Namba metro station and that on ground level, sheesh every direction you walk is fun, particularly the riverwalk. Breakfast was by far our favorite among other Japan hotels of similar and even higher prices. Rooms super clean and the beds and Duvets simply awesome. My wife is forcing me to buy her Japanese pajamas like the ones they provided. Comfy! Only complaint would be the restaurant on 2nd floor, a high end buffet but the wagyu/beef served was neither tender nor hot nor even flavorful. Harsh criticism yes but sorry I get that cream of the crop wagyu would be impossible at a buffet, it shouldn’t be sinewy and rubbery. Staff throughout restaurant a delight but they gotta address the beef (and tuna, which also left us needing floss). Really there are so many affordable dining options everywhere so shame on us for thinking this show splurge was a good idea. Everything else was just awesome!

A perfect spot ... lobby direct entry from exit 12 of Namba train station. Great views and comfortable rooms. Bath salts were wonderful! An easy short local train ride to Universal Studios japan. The breakfast buffet was the best!

Perfect location; walkable to multiple tourist locations as well as train and subway stations. Rooms are very large and well kept. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff very helpful. Will stay here again.

Excellent hotel, premium double room was large, lots of room to put suitcases. Restaurant ok, buffet had many varieties but overall the American portion was not tasty and overpriced in my opinion. No coin laundry knocked the rating down. Tried to have my laundry done by the hotel on March 20 but was told it was a Japanese holiday and laundry would not be ready until the day I left. Had to walk to coin laundry about 10 minutes away to get laundry done. Oh well, saved lots of money doing it that way. Overall, hotel was nice and staff was great, Housekeeping was awesome and I would probably stay there again since it is close to rail and shopping.

The staff was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The food was amazing and there were more options than I could count. I believe it was 3,500 yen per person. Very good rate considering the quality of food and options available. If you’re staying in Osaka I would highly recommend this location.

The hotel has a stunning exterior, and is super convenient, located right next to a subway exit and is only a short walk from the Nankai airport express train station. The breakfast is also special as they included some non-typical items (freshly fried steak during the weekend!) The only minor compliant is the room can be a bit noisy with the crowd noise downstairs in the evening.

Enjoyable Stay
Conveniently located next to Exit 12 of Namba Station, Midosuji Line and within walking distance of Dotonburi and Takashimaya shopping mall. Room is relatively spacious as compared to standard Japanese rooms.

Excellent location. Connected to Nankai (airport line) Namba station via underground walkway, although it is a challenge to navigate to the correct exit. Osaka metro and a few other lines are right under the hotel. Takashimaya department store is next door. We were overwhelmed by the variety of food on B1. Easy 5 min walk to Dontonburi. Plenty of dining options and plenty of shopping arcades. Hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful with fluent English. Room is spacious.

Clean hotel with good amenities and accessible. Namba train station accessible from basement. Across the street has many dining and drugstore options. Can walk to dontonburi and shinshibashi area.. Hotel is clean and has everything you need. May be slightly noisy at night. Ocassional noisy vehicles revving can be heard from room.

Great overall hotel. The rooms are spacious by Japanese hotel standards and extremely clean. The staff is extremely polite and professional. Breakfast was included with my booking and was a buffet with plentiful options. The hotel has its own exit (the elevator even goes down to the station) for the Namba train station in Osaka. The hotel is very walkable to most the Dotonbori area of Osaka, including the Glico running man poster. You can see the hotel building with the large letters near the top of the building from several blocks away, this makes it very easy to navigate your way back.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The Lobby/Reception on the 11th floor is beautiful, as is the bar & lounge on the 20th floor.Rooms are modern and very spacious. Bathrooms are perfectly designed, and the bed and linens were fantastic. We will be staying here in the future every time I visit Osaka.Staff are incredibly friendly, prompt & polite. The convenience store is accessible from the downstairs foyer which is very convenient. Also, a huge plus, the metro station access is downstairs. The hotel is perfect. Thank you!

hotel staff were amazing they brought all of our luggage to our room for us and made it so easy because we had plenty luggage. the rooms were very beautiful and we were walking distance to namba shrine and dotonbouri and amerikamura. had a great stay would highly recommend 😊

Seems like a new hotel, everything is great. The rooms and toilets are spacious. The staff can speak in English and are very helpful. Walking distance from dotonburi.

Hotel reception staff speaks english and was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious for Japanese hotel standards and are very new and clean. Hotel is directly above the subway and connects to many subway lines making travelling very convenient. Hotel is also very near the Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori entertainment and F&B streets including high end luxury shops. Hotel is highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with the Metro Midosuji line directly under the hotel at B2. There is also a 24 hour Family mart on level 1 and Dotonbori within walking distance! Extremely convenient location and large size rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and the stay was excellent. It is located in a perfect place w proximity to most things and a train station just down stairs. Our room was spacious and clean every day and hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. I definitely want to stay again if I am ever back in Osaka!

使用Expedia輕鬆找到理想的酒店。雖然已經多年沒有去過大阪，但我輕鬆地找到了我再次造訪日本時的首選大阪Hotel Royal Classic Osaka。酒店地理位置非常方便，最重要的是從酒店地下室直接可到達難波車站。此外，距離大阪主要區域只需約10分鐘車程。雖然在我入住期間有晚間施工活動，但由於酒店進行了優質的隔音處理，噪音並不算太大。
