This hotel was top notch- very high class, clean and the staff is on top of all items! I would recommend to stay if your in Osaka- so much food and shopping at your hands, and subway station just downstairs; this is by far the best hotel we stayed at in Japan!

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and of a decent size, providing a comfortable stay. What truly stood out to me was the fantastic staff. Amazing hotel! It’s in a great location near many shops and restaurants, plus there’s a subway station right under the hotel lobby which was super convenient! The room looks super luxurious and it was really spacious. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great hotel and the location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of things with a subway station accessible from the hotel itself. Great restaurant options in the hotel and nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I’d like how it close to everything, train stations, dining restaurant, shopping and just walking area to Dotonbori. Staffs are very helpful from the time arrived until the check out time! Only 1 complaint though:( bathroom smells like pee but other than that everrything was great!

This hotel was one of my favorites that I have ever stayed in. The subway station being connected to the hotel was very convenient and easy to use. The hotel is also located within walking distance (right across the street) from hundreds of restaurants and shops including the famous Dotonbori street. Additionally all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attended to all of our needs. They also allow you to store your baggage before or after check in or check out so you can go explore the city before you check in or before leaving. Also the staff speak very good English! Overall a great experience!

I always try to stay at this hotel when I’m in Osaka. Great location with a subway stop directly below. Staff is incredibly helpful and the rooms are large and very comfortable.

Our room smelled like smoke despite the air filter in our room. The shower water temperature rotated in between scalding hot and freezing cold. The room has not been renovated in over 40 years.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko. The premium room was lovely. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Convenient Location. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s decently priced yet conveniently located. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants. The train station is directly underneath it, Dotonbori is a couple blocks away. The only thing is they did not let us check in when we arrived at 1p. We were told to come back at 3p. There’s restaurant on site for buffet breakfast with good amount of choices. The room is just enough for 3 ppl, considering most rooms in Japan could only fit 2 ppl. The bathroom looks a bit dated but not too bad and very clean (like everything else in Japan!).

Our family stayed at the hotel for three days. The location is superb, which is just above all major subway lines. Shopping centers and restaurants are within 2-5 minute walking. We visited universal studio using subways. It was about 30 minutes. The staff were very friendly. Mr. Kenichiro Eto was extremely helpful and helped us book reservations for restaurants and beauty salon. The facility itself needs some upgrade. The room we stayed was a non-smoking room but we smell smoking in the room.

Perfect location on top of metro and close enough to shopping district and attractions. Staff were so warm and welcoming. And breakfast was great for westerners. Room was spacious for Japan but didn’t have a smart tv which was surprising. However we were out most of the time so not needed but just surprised for such a tech focussed country. Highly recommend the hotel

This was a spacious (by Japanese standards), clean, comfortable room that was higher end than I was expecting. It is right in the middle of a higher end shopping district, as well. The train station is accessed through the lower floor, and you can walk to so many amazing things nearby. Loved my stay here.

I read in one of the reviews that the bathroom smelled like urine. It was too late for me to change hotel. When I got to our room and our kids room; what I read about was untrue. The rooms were super clean and we appreciate being on the 25th floor. Love my stay at the hotel. I would stay there again.

Great spot to stay in Osaka. So close to Dotonbori. Hotel is connected to the subway so super easy to get around. Room was more spacious than I’ve had on this trip. Super clean and welcoming. Dropped bag off early in the morning before check in and they were very helpful. Highly recommend for when in Osaka. Walkable to all shops and restaurants.
